NillScam! Scam! Scam! 😔😔😔 Don't book this Midtown sanobar property because they are not providing rooms as they showed in their catalogue . We booked this property from well recognised app that is Make My Trip.Hotels and Make My Trip are both involved in these kind of unethical practices which is not good for the society.Acutely they are misleading customers with their false and irregular practice in the hotel.We have faced so many problems in our mussoorie trip because of the hotel Midtown sanobar. We have seen Worst property in mussoorie. As a customer we booked a room in their hotel after so faced multiple problems - ~ they do not have a hotel parking area. ~ we booked a club room in their hotel but they were providing a normal room without any amenities. ~ after complaining about Make My trip site, the regional manager was also not giving any correct solution regarding to our problem. ~ Make my trip was also included in this unethical practices. ~ Breakfast was not fresh, and healthy. The food of breakfast was stale and taste was not upto the mark. So as a sincere and truly customer It's a humble request from our side that if you faced these kinds of problem in hotel so kindly aware to other customers.

NillI am a tour operator from Toursathi Pvt Ltd Mr. Yogesh the manager of the hotel, has a gem of heart. All the staff is nice and attentive. Even I had called reception at 2 am at night and they received my call and fulfilled the requirements. Food is the best part of this hotel and not long from the place where you'll get dropped.

NillStay at this place was absolute delight. The location is right at the main Mall Road where u can shop and take a break with steaming momos. The staff is exceptionally hospitable and made my daughter’s 6 month birthday special. The only thing missing is the view from the hotel. Weather might be cold outside, but this hotel is warm and bright ❤️

NillLocation is good as it is near to picture palace barrikade but no car entry to hotel, very narrow road. Rooms are not upto good standards, bathroom is smelling, ac also not working properly.. Food quality is horrible, breakfast buffet is waste of money.. Room charges are very high as compared to what they offer..

We urge the management to address these issues promptly and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. We also advise potential guests to exercise caution and be wary of the discrepancies while booking this hotel. I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the recent experience my company had during our corporate conference at Sanobar The Midtown from 10th to 15th March. We had booked the APAI package with a Mix Menu, expecting a seamless and satisfactory service, but unfortunately, our experience fell far short of our expectations. Firstly, we had requested a mix of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options for lunch, which was not initially provided as agreed upon. When we asked for the inclusion of non-vegetarian dishes for the next day's lunch, we were informed that this would incur an additional charge of INR 150 per person per day. This sudden change in terms was not communicated to us beforehand and is unacceptable. Furthermore, the package we had booked included AM Tea and PM Tea, but to our surprise, we were charged an additional INR 100 per person for cookies served during PM Tea. Despite being told that tea was complimentary, we were not informed about any additional charges for cookies. This lack of transparency is highly concerning and reflects poorly on the hotel's integrity. Additionally, the entertainment arrangements were not as promised. While DJ services were booked for two nights, on the first day, the hotel provided inadequate substitutes in the form of two speakers, which resembled home theater equipment. When we raised our concerns, we were told that this setup was equivalent to a DJ, which is not only untrue but also misleading. It was only after our insistence that a proper DJ was arranged for the following day. We firmly believe that we should not be charged for the inadequate entertainment provided on the first day. Furthermore, when we expressed our dissatisfaction with these issues, the hotel manager threatened us with eviction, which is completely unjustified. We are deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and customer service exhibited by the hotel staff. We have attached the photo of DJ how many of you Aggrey on the worth of 10000 per day?
