they first told me room price of 1500 but after little negotiation i got the deal for 800 a room per night, but there service is not good if you order any thing theirs response time is too long

It is a very old hotel and is less of a hotel and more of a government guest house. Bad experience

Bedroom was very good and the bed was so comfortable... cleanliness of the room was impeccable...staff was great and overall a great experience.

ALL MONEY WASTED. Worst hotel ever I have stayed in. Very dirty and unhygienic rooms. There were cigarette buds all over the room and dirty bed sheets and curtains and dirty chairs. You come to a hill station for a good experience, and then when end up staying at this kind of hotel, it just ruins everything. LITERALLY, ALL MONEY WASTED. The staff is very rude and don't care for your needs. DO NOT BOOK HERE.I REPEAT, PLEASE , DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The owner is not cooperative person. Firstly they said room rent is Rs. 2500 and when we oki then they changed the room and then they provide the same room in Rs. 1500. They made promises for the breakfast and the other services like TV, Towel, Soap but no promise was fulfilled. There is no Fan in the room and also there is no hot water in the morning. Breakfast was cold and seems it belong to last day. The toilet seat is in very poor condition and any movement on the seat it will harm your life. Please avoid to use the hotel. There are so many hotel with gud food quality and service. Please use other hotel

Owner/manager was not co-operative at all. We took a room for 3 persons. Next day he refused to give third towel. Drinking water was full of dirt. Toilet was pathetic and manager again refused to change the room/fix the toilet seat. No toiletries like toilet paper was in toilet. For breakfast he refused to provide us with curd/butter which he promised us before taking the room. I would recommend take any other hotel on mall road or somewhere else. Dont book this hotel.
