"I recently had the pleasure of staying at *Hotel Crystal palace* Mussoorie and was thoroughly impressed! The hotel's stunning mountain views, impeccable service, and cozy amenities made for a truly unforgettable experience. The room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a plush bed and spotless bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and was veryhelpfulabd friendly, providing expert recommendations for local hikes and dining. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied, with fresh fruits, coffee, tea, and made-to-order omelets. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Crystal palace its exceptional value, picturesque setting and an incredible view from rooms balcony and spectacular views from its rooftop restaurant and their warm hospitality. 5/5 stars!"

It's good to stay here at Mussoorie. Not very close to the Mall Road, still pick and drop facilities are provided by the hotel at free of cost. The rooftop restaurant is good and quality of food is also good. Recommending to stay here...

Absolutely pathetic hotel. It is 3 km away from the Mall Road in an isolated corner of the town with a twisted & congested approach road. The rooms plaster & paint is peeling off. There is hardly space for parking 3 cars. Other cars are parked on the road. The hotel does not have its own kitchen, the food is commonly outsourced with other hotels to a shared kitchen. The food quality is horribly bad & tasteless, to put it mildly. The window sill seat is broken and poses a safety threat. The bathrooms are not clean at all. The pickup & drop to the Mall road is only in restricted times effectively cutting off visitors from the major tourist attractions. We had a terrible experience & checked out in 2 hrs. as we didn't find the rooms of any quality standard. Further, do not pay any advance to the hotel as they refuse to refund the money if you don't like the room, cheating customers. Avoid at all costs.

Sandhya ,Mr. Sumit, Mr. Ramesh and all staff was so cooperative room were so comfy and ambiance was amazing tq Ramada for your good hospitality and tq Vijay bindwaal chef for your tasty food
