Hotel Antara failed to meet basic expectations during my stay. The room had a persistent bad odour that made it uncomfortable to relax. There was no hot water available, even after multiple complaints, making showers unpleasant. To add to the disappointment, the TV didn’t work, leaving no form of entertainment during downtime. Cleanliness was a major issue, with the room and bathroom in an unhygienic state. The overall lack of maintenance and attention to guest comfort was glaring. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant or hassle-free experience. It was truly a disappointing stay.

Worst Experience Ever – Do Not Book This Hotel I had the most disappointing stay at this hotel, which has been by far the worst experience in my entire travel history. Misleading Photos: The hotel and its rooms looked appealing in the photos posted online, but in reality, the property was completely different. The actual condition of the room was far from what was shown, and it was a huge letdown. Poor Room Condition: The room itself was in terrible condition. It smelled bad, and the washroom was equally unkempt. There were stained bedsheets and hair all over the bed. To make things worse, the hotel had used a worn-out sponge instead of a proper mattress, which was uncomfortable and in a deplorable state. Unpleasant Surroundings: The view from the balcony was also disappointing, as it overlooked an area full of garbage and litter, giving a very unappealing and unsanitary impression. Rude and Unprofessional Staff: The owner and manager were rude and unhelpful. We felt completely ignored, and our requests were met with hostility. We were asked to check out just one hour after our arrival, despite having already paid for the stay. This lack of courtesy was unacceptable. Poor Customer Service from MakeMyTrip: I had booked the hotel through MakeMyTrip, and they were equally unhelpful. Despite the terrible experience, I did not receive any refund or assistance from their side. Final Thoughts: This hotel is a scam. It’s not just a poor experience, but an outright waste of money. The staff is unprofessional, and the property does not reflect the pictures they’ve posted. I highly advise against booking here. It’s a trap, and you will be disappointed.

It was a nice experience with La Casa. This was my second time staying here but compared to the first time the room did not seem very special and the amenities were also not complete.

i was traveling from Delhi to massoorie and stayed in this hotel the hotel is good but there're soms pros and cons that you can Read below pros: 1: hotel have good looking rooms specially in third floor 2. staff is good and polite ( as I was scared bcz of previous reviews) 3. cheaper than others for online booking if you book before two weeks you can get at 1000-1100 as well 4. view from tarace is very amazing cons: 1 the location is not 800 MTR always from library chowk it's actually 1.2 MTR away which is very far bcz the way is like tracking itself 2. no outside food allowed but their own food is expensive than others 4. waterflow is not proper for whole day in washroom and tv is not working as they say it's network problem and they don't offer smart tv so you can't connect it with wifi as well 5. the way to holte become silent amd Lil scary after 8pm for walk result : if you're getting this room under 1500-1600 as well or cheaper and you know how to drive and you have vehicle than its very good option for you

I booked this property for 3 day from 17 to 20 may 2024. When we entered in the room, It was looking good and specious But the problem starts just after entering the room. Tv was not working and after multiple calls, they have not solve the problem. Staff was very dirty and no hygiene. Even for a small service, you need to call staff multiple time and still there iS no proper response. Whatever price they charge is not worth. Fridge was too dirty and utensil was not good. Overall bad experience.

We had a terrible experience at the hotel. 1. Low pressure water supply. Cannot use showers. 2. Stained bedsheets. Got them changed. 3. The power backup was limited to just two lights in the room. Cannot charge even phones in case of power failure. 4. WiFi Router was not connected to the power backup. So there were serious Internet connnectivity issues. 5. Low connectivity for mobile networks 6. 1.5 km away from library chawk. 7. The Road to library chawk is very dark and unsafe at night. Avoid it. 8. Hotel is located in a very narrow road. 9. The near view from the hotel balcony shows garbage littered all around. Overall the property is entirely different from the images. We had to cancel 1 day booking and shifted to another hotel next day.

It was a very bad experience. Despite intimating about early check in, rooms were not prepared although available. There were no curtains which they installed in front of us. The room was in pathetic condition. The washroom was filthy and had a foul smell. The staff was not helpful when confronted. No hot water supply. We had to check out despite the payment done already.
