Terrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel! This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The owner is nothing but a scammer, looking for ways to rip off guests. A window panel broke due to strong wind, yet he unfairly blamed the guests and charged extra for it. Absolutely disgraceful behavior! The staff were extremely rude, treating every guest with arrogance and zero professionalism. The service was beyond pathetic—no working TV, no functioning geyser, and to top it off, no handwash in the washroom. Basic amenities were missing, yet they had the audacity to overcharge for unnecessary things. If you’re thinking of staying here, DON’T. There are far better options than wasting your money at this awful place.

Its highly recommended not to stay at this hotel. Service is extremely bad, be careful with the food bill, they double the price if you don't crosscheck with the menu, towels are very dirty, bedsheet and blanket stinks, and staff is abusive asking why did you stay at our hotel.

Please avoid this hotel..service is very very poor..basic things are not provided like brush,shampoo,handwash or hot water cattle. They charge unnecessary high..very poor experience

Every thing was good , rooms was good and cheap (1.5k) as per location Location is on mall road. Car parking may be an issue but did not faced. TV was not working and don't have cattle so that can use hot water. But what they are providing at that cost was fine.

Pathetic hotel and staff. All staff and owner is so arrogant, rude,. Poor quality of foods. Unhygienic rooms. Bed sheets and towels were so dirty. Wash room is also not good. They people himself not aware about menu dishes. Would suggest not to visit this hotel.

I stayed at this property for a family vacation recently during April 2024, i felt cheated staying there as I was charged extra for food items which were promised to me as a part of their complimentary breakfast deal, i found the owners to be heartless in their behaviour and utilizing every opportunity of customers vulnerability during a trip for earning extra bucks. The room service were pathetic many a times and if anything in the room gets dysfunctional during stay, it never gets fixed.|I would never recommend Hotel Surya Kiran musoorie to anyone, anyone staying there shall beware of bad experiences.
