Extremely Disappointing Experience at Your Hotel extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your hotel. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. Housekeeping and Reception: The housekeeping and reception staff were exceptionally rude. The service was consistently poor and unhelpful, which significantly impacted our stay. Charges for Everything: It felt like we were being charged for every little thing. This was both frustrating and unexpected. Cleanliness: The cleanliness standards were appalling. The condition of the rooms and common areas was unacceptable and made our stay very uncomfortable. Food Quality: The food served was stale and tasted terrible. This was a significant concern, especially considering the health implications. Overall, our experience was incredibly disappointing, and we feel that the hotel did not meet even the most basic standards of hospitality

Except the location there's nothing good about this hotel.We had booked 2rooms for 3nights but checked out after 1night. The rooms were damp and smelly due to seepage. The bed,pillows & blankets smelled of dampness. There are better properties around this hotel. No lift services. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if traveling with family. It's just close to mall road other than that the hotel is a disaster!

It is a very nice property just located on the main mall road with parking space on the terrace for cars. Valley view rooms are very good , cold breeze comes inside rooms when u open windows, rooms and bathroom are also clean. Even the staff is very good and polite.

Location is on mall road. Balcony View is not that great from hotel as balcony is small. Window valley view is good though window could not be opened. Food is tasty and service is great.

The BEST FOOD, The BEST SERVICE, The BEST STAY. 2 Couples will give you the fake review. Don't Trust them!! They abused every hotel staff.. They Think some Maharani and maharajas of themselves.

Top notch location, very affordable rates and excellent view from the room window makes this one of the hidden gems on mall road, mussoorie.

Lift and room telephone is not working. You have to take your luggage. Also no parking facility and they don't take responsibility of your vehicle. And also scares you about parking.

We stayed here for 3 nights and 4 days, I will say that it is the best experience I ever had. Try to book a hillview room. The scenes are breathtaking. The manager is very kind and helpful. Oh and also about the food, do try their paneer parathas, it is amazing! Loved it!
