Hotel LA Casa by Aashna Mussoorie

I stayed at the hotel during mid October. Rooms are accommodated with geaser, king size double bed, electric kettle, handwash, sofas and tables and a almirah. The rooms are not very clean and does not provide any tea cup or glass initially. Upon request they provide the same and also the same for complimentary water. The lawn view was superb and the restaurant food was also superb.

The staff here are unbelievably rude and have zero respect for guests. They even know to talk properly. It felt like they went out their way to be unhelpful and nasty. I have never been treated so badly--- don't waste your money on this horrible place.

Pathetic place and service. Unhygenic & smelly rooms. The owner of the place is rude & abusive. No electricity or inverter backup at the time of arrival, no room & other provision otherwise. No surety of electricity. Worst experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Don't waste your time. PATHETIC.

The rooms are satisfactory. The bathroom is neat and clean and has black marble tiles. The room service is ok...ok . The person who serves the food is really rude and arrogant.

The rooms are very for the prices. The in-room dining is very good and is pretty well priced. The service is excellent. The rooms are clean and have a beautiful view

Pathetic pathetic pathetic What a fool we were made by images on make my trip. Don't use such wrong images to lure customers. Such a wrong business practice. The owner doesn't want to take care of the property it seems. Stained bed sheets broken windows broken shower panels stained furniture. Unhygienic beds. Oh god the worst hotel booking ever done in my entire life.

Huge thanks to the entire hotel staff for being very responsive, and special thanks to the cafeteria staff and chef for the really good food. Awesome scenic location and neat and spacious rooms in a very genuine price.
