Hotel Red Leaf

I stayed here on 26th March along with my husband. The Bedsheet was dirty, no towels are given. Commode was dirty. Tarrif is also high as compared to the adjoining property. We switched to the adjoining hotel the next day.

Worst hotel. The quality has gone down. We had stayed 3-4 years ago and at that time, owners were different and the ambience was good. Now Rooms stink and the laundry also stink. We stayed with family in July 4 weekend and it was pathetic. The manager and owner are there to fight with customers and are looking to make people fool.

Worst property in Mussoorie! We planned a sudden trip and decided to stay here for the first night as we were not getting availability at properties we usually stayed at, and it was the biggest nightmare of our lives. The rooms were stinking, bedsheets, towels and pillows were so dirty, and we even got them changed multiple times but they did not have anything clean. Could not sleep the whole night. Guys, do not stay here even if its available for free. The location is great but they lack basic cleanliness.

The hotel is good for stay. The hotel people are cordial, friendly, supportive and helped us a lot during our visit. The rooms are well maintained along with washroom. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks the property manager Jaydeepji who extended his helping hand when we are in big trouble. They know how to treat their customers.

No privacy in hotel. You can listen to all the voices in hotel including calls on reception. We couldn’t sleep due to noise. If any one uses flush in washroom you will hear that sound too. Pathetic experience. Bed sheets and blankets were very dirty and rooms were smelly.

The owner is only concerned about selling and giving average service to the three balcony rooms. Rest rooms stink and small. The basement rooms stink like hell and the owner and manager can often be heard fighting at the reception with guests be it day or night.

If you include breakfast while booking your room then you will be disappointed with their services. They do not have buffet system in their breakfast and if you ask why then they will answer you cz they don't have enough space to put a buffet. So they will provide your breakfast in your room, sounds cool haan but there is a twist. You can ask for only one cup of coffee or tea not more than that 😂 haha loll. This is my first experience like this, I didn't saw any hotel without buffet breakfast service. Even they didn't mentioned anywhere on any site while booking so be alert. Very limited rooms and limited menu options in breakfast. Also the pathway to reach hotel is very narrow and off course you have to pay 150Rs every time you enter into hotel as a mall road fee because the hotel entrance is from mall road only. Room was ok but not very clean, even kettel and jug are not clean so don't forget to check or clean yourself before using.
