Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The location of the hotel was perfect—centrally located with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants.|The room itself was spacious and clean, with modern amenities: a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and high-speed internet. |The breakfast was excellent! A variety of fresh options were available, from detox water and fruit. I also had dinner at the hotel’s restaurant, and the food was delicious. The staff were attentive and made sure everything was to my liking.

Only the view was nice. We got frozen. They provided only one heater, which didn't work. We requested a replacement, but with no luck; the new one didn't work either. We had to sleep in our puffer jackets. I would not recommend booking this hotel in winter. We booked for the first week of March. The staff were not very helpful and were rude. The laundry service was terrible; they just washed the clothes with water. The breakfast was however very good.

The place is well connected with near by destination. Rooms are spacious and maintained near and clean. Staff is courteous and very professional. The hotel understands hospitality very well. Food is also prepared and served well. Goto place in Mussoorie for family travellers. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. Highly recommend it.

We stayed at Vishnu Place Hotel from November 28 to December 1, 2024, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, making our stay both comfortable and memorable. The service at Vishnu Place is exceptional. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and showed incredible hospitality throughout our stay. Whether it was the restaurant staff or the room service team, everyone was polite, attentive, and professional. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and provided all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Additionally, the hotel’s ample parking space was a great convenience, especially for guests traveling by car. One standout feature of Vishnu Place is how well they handle emergencies. During our stay, we observed how concerned and helpful the staff were in addressing medical situations, which is a testament to their dedication to guest care. Although it is a vegetarian hotel, the food was so delicious and varied that we didn’t feel the need to eat elsewhere. Every dish was prepared with care and offered a burst of flavors that left us impressed. Overall, Vishnu Place Hotel provided us with a wonderful experience. From the top-notch service to the excellent facilities, everything was perfect. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and hassle-free stay.

Recommended! The stay was comfortable and we enjoyed a lot. Initially, we found it to be a little expensive. However, it turned out to be a value for money experience. The rooms are clean and maintained and they also provided heater in room. The pure veg breakfast served was tasty and hygienic. The food at the pure veg. restaurant ( a la carte) had limited menu, but whatever we tried was of good quality and very tasty. The location is also very good and walkable for the Mall Road. The staff is efficient and courteous. Overall, a very satisfactory and memorable experience!

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Vishnu Palace recently and would definitely recommend it. The room was spacious with amazing mountain views. They had room heaters which were very helpful as it was cold in the evenings. Location was perfect, right next to Mall Road. They also had a cute fireplace outside every evening with music playing, creating a lovely atmosphere overall. The room service was really good too. When asked for extra blankets and towels they always gave it to us and the room cleaning was impeccable. The food service was great too. Food portions at the restaurant were very good. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful overall. However, in particular Ajay Singh showed excellent customer service, and went above and beyond to make our experience at the hotel even better. I can’t appreciate his assistance enough.

Hotel is in Very good Location. Decent Rooms. Family friendly. Breakfast is Good. Taxi driver Ajay Singh is very professional and friendly and knows the area very much. The Hotel and Taxi from Ajay is highly recommended.
