Still staying but can’t wait till check out to post our experience. Everything is more than perfect. The moment we entered the property we started getting positive vibes and feel very relaxed. Room we are staying in is 612 which has the great view of valley. Room is spacious, clean, well maintained and very tastefully decorated. Food is one of the best in the town and location is right on the Mall Road. All team members are very courteous and professional. Special Thanks to Mr Amal Kundu (GM) and Nishant (Head Chef) for taking such good care of us. All the best to Mosaic Hotel and entire team. Keep up the good work 👍🏻

My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The staff's rudeness and confrontational attitude were a major issue, and the management seemed unresponsive. Room service was incredibly slow, with food taking 3-4 hours to arrive. The parking situation was a nightmare, as our car was trapped for 5 hours in the hotel parking before we could finally leave. Overall, a highly unsatisfactory experience.
