Good thing was the manager picked me from near picture palace n dropped near library chowk, so 3 stars there - Rooms too small, sofa torn, cigarette butts in washroom, no cleaning, tv setup box unavailable, washroom light not working. Location not too bad. overall if you are too poor then only go there otherwise, DON'T

property is pathetic room was so dirty that it make u puke. bathroom is again very dirty. property didn't provide any toiletries and we have to ask for every small things. Towel provided was again very dirty and we have to again request for it. charging points near bed are not working. they don't even have the basic things like heat blower as they rooms are so chilled very bad quality of curtains torn bed sheets very poor quality of quilts if you stay in this hotel during winter. staff behave is also very bad. they don't even care about the complaints over all very bad experience. I would recommend not to stay in this property. very very bad experience and we even checked out from the hotel in 4 hours very very very very bad experience do not stay in this property. the toilet seat doesn't have the jetspary which make the entire situation even worst.

Nice and cozy rooms. Just a bit old. A wonderful staff with A1 grade food. Situated in a calm and soothing location. Recommended for family stays.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful view, beautiful location Just a 5 minute walk from Mall Road takes you to Hotel Sapphire, you get secure and free parking for your vehicle. the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is very helpful and courteous, and the owner of Sapphire Mr. Sumit Semwal ji is a very nice person.

I am very very impressed and happy with the hotel and the staff, location is very close to mall road which makes it very easy and convenient for everyone, the owner Mr sumit was very hospitable and went beyond to make our stay comfortable, and not only him, the entire staff, dinesh joshi bhaiya, amit verma bhaiya, who was available at a single call, everyone was concerned about we don’t miss out anything, joshi bhaiya picked us from our location and dropped us till hotel, rooms were very cozy and spacious and food felt like home, no additional spices and anything, just what a person exactly needs, will 100% recommend sapphire to anyone who comes to Mussoorie, always heard that people at Mussoorie are best to be with, definitely felt the same.

Keeping in view the rent, room size is Ok, bathroom size small, rooms are in basement so out side view is not properly visible, food quality reasonably good after you check in make sure to obtain hotel number.In booking confirmation onsite personal number not given
