HOTEL WILD WOOD

We had a hard time commuting from Mall road to the hotel. The cops won't allow rented bikes or taxis to the Mall road. So we had to depend on the hotel cab for pick up and drop. The attitude of the cab driver is horrible . Looks like the entire hotel depends on just one driver. The rooms are okay. There was drainage issue in the bathroom.The corridors are dusty . The dining area is not great. Food was also not that great.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The impeccable service and hospitality of the staff made my day most enjoyable. I was very impressed by the responsiveness of the staff from the planing stage till the end of my stay. What is most commendable is that numerous request were all but acceded. Great ambiance, nice view from the hotel room and last but not the least the food was awesome. Thank you for making my stay pleasant.

I am not given to single Star also.. 1)Poor management no policies Staffs look helpless. 2)Reaching to the location is very narrow, Google map not accurately provided to reach properly at the location.. 3) The tourists are imsguided with a good view however there is no view from the hotel 4)Food is extremely overpriced so avoid eating here. Lot of good food options available outside the hotel in mall road. 5)distance between mall road more than 15 min by walking 6)Worst service bad attitude not helping nature non cooperative *Don't go*

A hotel I will recommend to family or young groups. Nice, caring staff especially Swetha front office . Good buffet breakfast and dinner. All makes the hotel great

The Hotel property was at a superb location. Only thing is that the property is at the back side of the mall road so you need to call the hotel management to pick you up from the Mall road entry barrier. The hotel was amidst the hills and the morning view of sunrise and hills through your hotel room windows was a great view to see and enjoy. The food was delicious and tasty. The reception team was very nice.

Loved my stay and food at Hotel Wild Wood. You get the best view at the heart of Masoorie. The staff members are very nice and polite. Highly recommend this place.
