Food was really baf Room was quite good. Bed size was quite small Parking is available Lift is not available Great location - just outside the mall road Reception person doesn't give good replies.

Best thing about this hotel is it's location. You are just 1 min away from Mall Road. Just step out of the hotel and reach Mall road in a minute. There is ample parking space and rooms are also very clean and tidy. Washrooms are also clean and hygienic. You don't get the perfect view from your room windows but who cares.. when you just need to step out to feel the beauty of the nature. Room tarrifs are also very much genuine. Service staff is very kind and supportive.

The stay was comfortable; staff was courteous and friendly. Food was good with okay rates. They have good parking space and room was clean, spacious and well maintained. You can get a room heater on minimum charges. The location of hotel is awesome and located right on the Mall Road.

Located at the entry of the famed Mall road in Mussoorie, this hotel is a good one. It has parking, clean, spacious rooms with plenty of amenities and in house kitchen with room service. Very convenient if you want to stay near the shops, bus stand and mall road. However, you might not get the best of the valley views here.

Hotel staff is very poor. The manager who sits at reception counter has no manners to talk. I asked for the room he replied very rudely. After that he asked me to take out the car from parking .. and he pushed my car door badly when i argued that why yo are pushing my car door like that .. he said “sale abhi bata dunga tujhe”they people get money from us as we go there give them revenue. But still they misbehaving. I would not recommend this hotel to stay at all.

Very good location just 50 feet from Mall Road. Ambiance is good interior is simple and sober. Rooms are neet and clean toilets also very hygienic. Staff behaviour is customer friendly. Parking is very safe within hotel premises. Outside View is ok not bad. Prices are completely Fair.
