Staff is good, but a lot needs to be improved for room cleanliness, especially the towels, bath area, the floor....they don't have their own restaurant but they say it's going to open in a few months ....service is also slow......new management has taken over recently so they need time to streamline many things .....all the best to Mr Nandkishor for future.

Rooms are good but food quality is average and once when I ordered food (Chicken Rara) for my family, while eating my son found a cut nail in the food but even after telling them no one accepted their mistake.

Amazing property very near to AIIMS Hospital Rishikesh, Great Hospitality staff is so polite and kind. Owner of the property so nice and well behaved....Amazing hospitality and great hygiene.... Very warm welcome by the front desk staff, and cooperative as well...... The food was excellent and staff was helpful and polite also. The service was also very prompt.

What a wonderful experience we have here normally not early morning check in but front staff are so help full i call them day before and say need to check in morning and happy to help food was always good 10/10

Best value hotel in Rishikesh, Near to AIIMS Rishikesh & barrage but quite distance from center Rishikesh. Comfortable rooms & services. Polite staff , ambiance experience. However, Some problems can get during parking vehicle.

Worst service ever. They don’t give you, water bottles ,towels , crockery (i.e Glass,spoon,plate,bowl) etc . Rooms are good but due to there service and behaviour this place is not recommended at all .
