Poor maintained rooms. Services was also not good. As per location of hotel they demand high tarriff. I'll not recommend this hotel Stay.

Title: Unacceptable Experience Rating: 0/5 "Complete disappointment with suruchi hotel. Unreliable, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Failed to meet basic expectations. Would not recommend." They all are fraud people and no service at any time. No commitments done by the counter team. No hotel QR barcodes are also fraud Fraud fraud. please not go there. Drunk people in hotel everywhere. The staff was also drunken.

Very bad service, do not stay in this hotel. I have stayed on 22.05.2024. The room rent was Rs 2000 per day. When I decided to extend the same room on 23.05.2024 they have charged me for Rs. 3000 for no reason. So called manager had no any manners, other staff had no any manners. I suggest not to select this hotel for accommodation. Kitchen staff is good and food is also good. Worst hotel ever for accommodation. Rude staff.

Outside hotel view and lobby area is good but rooms were horrible. We saw 3 rooms, 1 had full one wall damp and black because of algae growth.. another had broken window AC where AC was hollow giving a free pass to mosquitoes. All rooms had some strange smell. Bedsheet and blankets were also not looking clean and had smell.. We didn't stay here. I have been to 8 different countries and I feel Indian Hotel industry need a new thought process altogether. First thing guests should get is cleanliness. That's basic right. Price can be set on basis of room size, service etc.. but a clean non smelling bedsheet and blankets are basic things guests should get in room. We as guests should also deny non clean hotels.

The hotel is near to Rishikesh bus stand. We were charged 2500 for one room but the standard of the room was not up to mark. In peak season, tourists are overcharged as there are only a few hotels near Rishikesh bus stand. The other drawback is the toilets are of indian style and very congested.

Staff is unfriendly...room is very dirty...they have no window perda...not safe for couple ...high charges room quality is poor
