Hotel Paras Plaza

Cleaning is not appropriate, and rooms are damage, like many wooden work needs to be done by hotel management, and I said Food is not as per price, price is too much but quality and taste is not good, even I can say It's worst. And hotel staff is not supportive, specially a Lady manger, she has no menners to talk, she don't know how to talk with guest. My final conclusion is hotel is not good, don't waste your money here try other hotels.

location ok but rooms are too smelly and construction sound too much irritating so we left the room the manager was very coperative

Pathetic experience, the staff is a thief changes amout at the time of checkout and demands for more money. We clearly stated that our stay will be for 1night and 1 day the boy at reception said 1500 for total stay and then at the time of checkout they asked us to pay for 1500 more the boy at reception denied that he agreed boy 1500 and forced us to pay tried to threaten us and we got so afraid. Since we were new in that town. Don't go here this hotel is fraud.

Wonderful stay!! I've been to the hotel a couple of times over the past few years, but this time it was different and nice! Apparently the management has changed, and for good I believe. Clean premises, tidy room, great view, strong WiFi and delicious food. Very courteous and helpful staff, special mention to Shivam, who took us to see Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat and arranged rafting for us at very affordable price. Will definitely stay again and again with you guys. Thanks for the care and hospitality.

Hotel is very near to bus stand provide basic amenities and in off season you can get rooms at reasonable rate of 1500₹ anytime 24×7.

Paras plaza hotel right outside ISBT Rishikesh is worst 3 star hotel, they charge you exorbitant rates and have pathetic service|Worst part is their owner sultan singh is so arrogant that when you tell him of some problems he starts arguing and shouting at guests. Their toilets are choked and water flows in adjoining rooms if the tap are kept open mistakenly, the have No kitchen, no one to pickup luggage rooms on 2nd floor with no lift, not a single extra pillow or blanket in entire hotel|Overall horrible experience. Please avoid Hotel Paras Plaza at Rishikesh better to stay in a clean dharamshalla than such pathetic hotels with such arrogant owner

I'm visiting the hotel every year for my surprise. I could see a lot of new faces but the level of service has only been improved. Got to know from the reception that the management has changed, and I believe it's only for the best.||Strong Wi-Fi this time with an upgraded speed, thank you guys for the constant connectivity. Food was great and reasonable. Room Service was quick to respond and delivered the orders on time. Good rooms with an amazing view and the hotel was very clean in general.||Very courteous and helpful staff, special mention to Shivam, who took us to see Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat and arranged rafting for us at very affordable price.||Will definitely stay again and again with you guys.
