The hotel room was quite comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, and Mr. Deepak Rawat, the receptionist, was very helpful. The room service was also quite good. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

Location of the Hotel is good. Marine drive and ganga ghat is 5 mnt walking which is quite relaxing. They have free parking available. They have around 18-20 deluxe and premium rooms in total. Deluxe Rooms are on ground floor and basic rooms with no balcony. On first floor they have a banquet. On 2nd and 3rd floors they have premium rooms with balcony however front side balconies (which is hill view and east facing) are locked due to some issue with the neighbour. They are planning rooftop restaurant soon. They doesn't have inhouse dining right now. Staff is polite and professional. Mr. Deepak is a good host.
