The place is beautiful and serene, staff is very polite and helpful. Some rooms also have a river view and they're spacious, clean and comfy. The vibe of the place is artistic and peaceful. Look out for the painted bottles and little pieces of wall art! The food is great as well.

Room were not clean..linen provided was dirty and holes in it.good rooms with good view are there on top floors but no lift available. Not even basic toiletries were provided by hotel. Housekeeping services were poor and our room was not cleaned next day. staff is polite and helpful …location is very convenient..view from room was ok . Overall overcharged for the quality they provide..

The photos are misleading, the actual rooms doesn't match with the photos. The room was dirty with broken tap and broken lock. We booked room for 3 adults with river side balcony, but they are giving small room only with very dirty balcony and no view, when we spoke with the owner for room change then his attitude is not at all helping, he is blaming us only for selected his hotel. The owner is continuously blaming us and even told us that we wont refund your money and if we argue more then he wont let us in the hotel. Not recommend anyone to this hotel.

EXTREMELY RUDE, TOXIC & UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF. PATHETIC ROOMS AND SERVICE. Had a very bad experience at this hotel. The manager is rude and staff is not trained at all. Staff is confused about the check-in time and formalities and end up harrasing guests for their mistakes. We had booked this place for 3 days , Mayank Aggarwal who is the manager of this place yelled at us and asked us to check out after a day. He has a pattern of using same tactics of blaming guests that they were disrespectful to his staff which is visible in other reviews as well. He asked us to rush back to checkout & promised us full refund. At the time of checkout he asked us to sign a document stating we will not post anything negative on social media else he will take a legal action against us. This clearly shows how he threatens people to write only positive reviews about the hotel and when we didn't agree to sign this he did not refund our amount. This has happened with other guests as well. So beware and never book this place.

We took a room to stay for couple hours in this hotel just to chill and rest. Everywhere it was jam packed and the traffic was crawling so we took shelter at this place. Not only they spared us conning exburent amount of money like other places taking advantage of they da and demand even Mayank was generous enough to let us use an Aircon room for a while inspite we paid for a non AC one as my friend wasn't feeling well. I guess the hotel is being run by few young lads and are quite chill. Initially to be honest we took shelter at this place in rush not expecting much as this hotel was situated at a busy lane and I was completely overwhelmed with zeal of the guys to assist in whatever way they can and the view from the Room is just spectacular you can have a bird view of the Ganges, Laxman Jhula. These guys offered us to stay back for a party they were organising in evening but we had to leave. But I completely impressed and this coming from a person who have experienced hospitality in 25+ countries. wishing the team all the best/

The hotel is in the prime location and can easily view Ganga River from the room. Food is good. Staff is polite. Thanks to Mr. Mayank for hosting us so politely. Overall I would give this hotel a 5 star. Thanks for the great hospitality.

Don't even think about it! Please 🙏 Totally unprofessional behavior by hotel staff manager , he was drunk at the time I checked in the hotel. Ambience was totally creep, don't even got a proper water , and electricity in the hotel room, view was good but the entire hotel environment was totally disgusting. Improper parking facility and this hotel is not near to the laxman jhula basically, this is on the other side of laxman jhula, you can get a better options available on the either side of laxman jhula.

Laxman Jhula Regency is a front for extortion and harassment towards the tourists staying there. Along with dirty rooms and shoddy bathroom fixtures. We booked the place for 3 nights where we had to face tremendous harassment and bullying from the coordinator, Mayank Aggrawal. He was extremely rude and inhospitable when we pointed out the issues with the room. And like a true bully he asked us to leave after the first night, citing reasons that we were rude with the staff instead. We agreed to leave, and upon asking for the refund of the remaining 2 nights he said he’d mark us as “no-show” on the booking.com portal (showing his duplicitous intents). When we denied that. He said he’d only refund us the money if we sign a document mentioning we have received the refund and we shall not be posting anything negative about the property on social media platforms. Using typical intimidation tactics, he mentioned if we write anything negative, he shall take legal actions against us. The toxicity of his actions and his inability to listen to reason was so high we had to let go of our refund amount just so we could leave the place in peace. This whole experience has been very jarring and left us extremely distraught, traumatized, and distressed. Therefore, please book this property at your own risk. Edit : Basis the response from the property below, I am sure an avid traveller would be able to spot the inconsistencies and gaslighting attempts towards our traumatic experience. The property was willing to refund us, we were ready to take the refund but somehow we still don’t have the money with us. Quite strange indeed! Again, please book at your own risk! Cheers!
