I had a wonderful stay at Yes Retreat .The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect — close to major attractions yet peaceful enough to relax. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food, and the service was prompt and polite throughout my stay. Special thanks to Prabhat Chauhan ji for his incredible support and help.... Thanks to Nishant Ji for his utmost service and for going above and beyond to make my experience memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rishikesh and look forward to staying here again!

The stay was very comfortable and delightful for me. I was having hard time to find good hotel in this location. Being a solo traveler I highly recommend for the stay. Staff was also very polite and helpful.

Terrible Stay – Unsafe & Misleading. Avoid! I stayed here for just one night and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had as a solo female traveler. First, they advertised early check-in and late check-out. I requested just 1 hour early check-in, but was told it’s not available. Fine – I accepted that. But things only got worse from there. Security concern: While in my room, two separate times someone tried to open my door. I shouted from inside and luckily scared them off. When I reported this to the reception, all they said was “we will look into it.” That’s unacceptable. Cleanliness? Shocking. There were small cockroaches crawling everywhere in the room, and I even saw them on the bed at 4:30am. Absolutely disgusting. No restaurant despite claiming breakfast included. When I arrived, I asked if there was a restaurant for breakfast and they said there wasn’t. At checkout (8am), I asked about my included breakfast, and they panicked and said breakfast starts at 9:30am. Seriously? In Rishikesh, where people start their day early for prayers and yoga, you expect guests to wait till 9:30? The excuse was that “some customers wake up late.” Total nonsense. I also questioned the location of the breakfast since they earlier said there was no restaurant. He finally pointed to a small shop outside the hotel – which I had already checked and found closed for renovation. To top it off, they overcharged me at checkout, billing more than what was confirmed on Booking.com. When I questioned it, I was kept on hold for 20 minutes with customer service. I was tired and gave up – just paid and left. This place is a scam. Dirty, dishonest, and not safe – especially for solo travelers and foreigners. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Be careful, and don’t fall for the fake reviews they might have online.

Had a night stay at Yes Hotel By The Ganges and I am delighted to share my experience. Rooms are well spacious and pretty decent in size that it can easily accomodate a family of 5. Staff was welcoming and provided quick service throughout our stay despite little short on housekeeping staffs which is appreciating. One must try out this hotel if you want a decent hotel just a walking distance away.

What a great Stay.. the Room was So neat and clean, facilities and structure like 3-4 star hotel. Mattress was so comfortable unlike other hotels which are so fluffy. Amit bhaiya (caretaker) made us feel like home.😊 ganga marine drive is just 50 meters walking distance. All ghats are close to this location. i had an amazing stay in this hotel which felt like our own place for the time being.

I had a great stay at Yes Hotel By The Ganges. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the service is excellent. Staff are friendly and quick to help. The location is a big plus: Janki Setu is close and Aastha Path is about a 5-minute walk, perfect for peaceful riverside strolls. A special thanks to Amit bhaiya, who was exceptionally polite and generous—he helped us with everything from check-in to check-out and made sure all our needs were taken care of. The only thing I missed was a full-length dressing mirror in the room. Overall, a calm, convenient base in Rishikesh—highly recommend!
