I had a wonderful stay at hotel. The location was perfect, offering peaceful surroundings while still being close to key attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it an ideal retreat. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always eager to assist, ensuring that my stay was hassle-free. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the experience, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Safe to say that this is possibly the worst hotel you could stay in. The rooms looked like they had not been cleaned in years- rotten, dirty beds infested with insects, unhygienic bathrooms which didn't even have the space to stand. I don't know why the so called "staff" (which consisted of hardly two persons) has been regarded as "supportive". When we reached the hotel, the "manager" wasn't even there- the reception was locked and we had to call him to come. Lights went off every hour and when we asked if the generator could be turned on, there was no reaction from the "manager". Dirty cups and plates were at the same spot for the whole duration of my stay. The funny thing is that the "manager" is replying only to the comments which appreciate this hotel. 😂 Seems like they don't want to fix their problems.🤷🏽‍♀️

I have visited this hotel many times, hotel is very pocket friendly The standard amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend (atrium inn) for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up!. Regards

Me and my friends visited this hotel, rooms were clean it was a comfortable place to rest and sleep (a quiet and beautiful) place . This hotel was near to the bus station and to main market of trivani ghar (where we experienced Ganga arti). Staff was too friendly and reported to us with everything we need in seconds. Spent a great time there 😍.

I have no word for this hotel I written 1 star but real reviews are -5 and i order plastic bottle and bottle come after 1 hour and every 30 mins the electricity goes trim and the ac was far from our bed 🛌 and the receptionist is specking in angers and open my tv in hotel the is not working and we ask with reception they say we don't do recharge in every room and the lane line also working. We decide we will never visitin this hotel

Will never recommend Hotel Atrium Inn to any family. Pros: 1) Close to Rishikesh local market 2) Parking facility but limited 3) Lift available Cons: 1) Rooms are not neat and clean. Even walls plaster broken at multiple places inside rooms. Bed sheets are clearly dirty. Not maintaining hygiene. 2) there is no kitchen and food service available. Their kitchen is closed permanently. Even no tea. We had to go outside and bring some snacks and tea. 3) no view from rooms. In google map, it is shown that hotel is close to a local river in Rishikesh but there is no water in river actually and locals converted it into drain (naala).

We really had a great time with Atrium Inn. Everything was just perfect. You won't find any better stay with this location in this budget... Also Staff was fully supportive, you say and they serve 🥰 Thank you Atrium Inn for making our Holi festival a total fun...

It was nice to stay in. Enjoyed a peaceful and comfortable stay . Best affordable prices , providing excellent services , well maintained and mannered staff. All these make me happy to decide come again here. Thanks to the Management team!
