Tapovan New Residency (5 minutes walk to Laxman Jhula)

The staff here is very polite and hospitable. Food that we ordered was served warm and fresh. The in-house spa and massage centre is awesome, enjoyed the service there, it is highly recommended. I had booked Superior room with mountain view and balcony. The room very very small, the balcony was not at all maintained and to add to it they kept a broken table in the balcony. The view isn't great as construction work was going in the nearby area. Though we had booked our room in advance the room was not cleaned, there was lot of dust. Construction work was going on in the hotel which added more dust. Complementary breakfast has very limited options and is not very good.

The property has a decent vibe at first glance, but my overall experience was underwhelming. During my stay, there was noisy construction and renovation going on, which really took away from the peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are quite small with almost no pleasant view to speak of. There was also some double talk around the room rates, which felt unprofessional and confusing. While the hotel offers sufficient parking space, the access roads are so narrow that it's a real challenge for vehicles to even reach the property. On the upside, the food was genuinely good and the room service was prompt and polite. Receptionist was missing at the time of the checkout and the sub staff at reception was trying best of his delay tactics.

The hotel is situated in a serene location,its building is sturdy structure with greenery as a part. Ample parking space,looks beautiful in rainy winter and autumn season as well , approachable by car.|Nearby Anna's cafe( a gem itself).|Staff is well versed in English hindi pahadi very courteous and takes care of ur needs round the clock|In house kitchen is awesome and fulfilling.|The hotel is child friendly.|We ordered red sauce pasta ,fried rice masala chai, in afternoon and evening, everything was upto the mark.|In breakfast we had aloo paratha, coffee ,poha ,milk , watermelon and veg sandwich which were awesome as well||The rooms were good , AC worked, and there was inverter when light went out.|Mattresses were great , cleanliness were upto the mark.||Even the lobby was cleaned daily and the level beats some of the hight level hotels i have been in.Impeccably shiny.||It was an awesome stay and will be my choice in the future as well.

It was a bad experience the bedsheet were not clean even after we called them to change . No politeness in the staff staff were irritated when we asked for service . No good service. We asked staff to bring Allout but didn’t get it. Moreover Ordered towels but didn’t get it.even the room and bathrooms are small .Further We are not satisfied after paying ₹2500 . I won’t suggest anyone to experience of this hotel service . And the pictures uploaded on google are not matching the actual rooms .

Basic things are not checked. Because of this, they have changed my room twice. The food is good, but no buffet series are provided. Even you need to order your breakfast.

The food was consistently delicious and prepared with care. For those seeking an affordable and quality hotel near Laxman Jhula, Tapovan In rishikesh, TNR by FTP Hotel stands out as an excellent choice. A special mention to Manager Sardar Ji, whose warm hospitality added a personal touch to our visit. He helped when I faced issue in my car. Thanks

The hotel is situated close to the bank of गंगाजी. The staff is very proactive , brisk and cooperative. Breakfast felt like home away from home. Thank you.
