OYO 46830 Hotel Hare Rama

Our stayin at Hotel Hari Rama was wonderful. I can't even say how gentle the staff is!|The location of the gueshouse is on the hill above Laxman Jhula, nearvthe firest. Veeery quiet, peaceful, and few minute walking to the main road.|I expecially adored the terrace on the rooftop, and we spent beautiful afternoons there drinking chai, reading and havin sun tan!|The indoor restaurant serves delicious food and tasty breakfasts.|Thank you guys, well done!

Great place to stay at laxmanjhula. Awesome view from rooftop. Rooms were tidy, we got fresh linen and there is parking so your vehicle is safe (parking is not usually available in rishikesh, you have to park your vehicle on roadsides). The Manager Mr Anoop is very warm host and was very helpful during our stay (He even arranged rafting for us when it was fully booked at the time). In house restaurant has good hygienic food at reasonable rates. Overall great stay, 10/10 would book here again

This was my second visit at the accommodation. Hotel Hare Rama is situated at the very edge of Laxman Jhula area in Rishikesh right next to the forest. This means you have relatively calm surroundings. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The walls are covered with wood which gives a warm atmosphere. The food is good and the hotel has a big common room as well as a nice rooftop terrace with a great view over the city and the Ganga River. But the best are the manager and his staff, who are extremely kind, helpful and caring. We wanted to stay two nights at first, but ended up staying for 1,5 weeks. Highly recommend. We would always come back.

We booked this place as walk in guests since the actual hotel I booked was goofed up by Booking.com and we discovered the hotel has no rooms for us. However we just searched on the net and reached here, fortunately found two rooms for our one night stay of five people.|This hotel is 70 stairs away from Laxman Zhoola. Offers you clean but very basic rooms. Though I must say it is air conditioned and AC are quite effective. Room size is reasonable and beds are comfortable. The shower is fitted with geyser and a small sink which is too close to the toilet seat but somehow one can manage. The hotel has a small workable restaurant too which serves vegetarian food (the menu says egg curry but they say it’s a mistake to be printed). For Indian taste the food is just like home cooked and non oily if you ask for it.|The service is good in a sense that the staff will help you in every way. I found each person at desk was multitasking and smiling to take orders and cater to it. |The hotel’s few rooms (fortunately we got them) have river view or I must say restricted view, if you open the windows it is too airy in the evening. |The hotel is also close to the local market (you need to take stairs to go down from the side of the hotel) . The market has yoga center, Reiki learning, small restaurants , sweets, and fruits and groceries. If you go down the river you have many river rafting booths where you can get a rafting ride experience of ten kms. In Ganga river at Rs. 400 per person. |The hotel has free wifi which is a great plus. If you wish you can hire cars as well next door. |In Rishikesh to commute you can hire scooty ride which is reasonably priced.|Overall good place for budget travelers, they give you what they commit and great value for money.

Very dark, humid, smelly rooms… the bedsheets also didn’t look very convincing. We didn’t stay there and they returned our prepayment. Which was very nice. So the staff seems friendly. We just could not stay in these rooms.

The Rishikesh I love..💕🌷🌸 I stayed at Hotel Hare Rama, together with 10 other students, for an entire month - and I loved it, truly. For more than just one reason: Serenity. 🙏🏽🌊 Hotel Hare Rama is situated on the calmer side across the bridge, up the hill, where there is little to no traffic, where the air is fresh, and where you can sit back, listen to the sound of silence, and simply.. enjoy. Nature. 🌱🌿🍃 Being on the foot of the himalayan hills, what could be more beautiful than visiting its greenery? Or to see langur- and monkeyfamilies having their lunch? Or to be at a 2 minute-distance walk from the river Ganga? The View. 🌄 The sunsets I witnessed at Hare Rama‘s terrasse were the most beautiful in my stay here. Every evening, I got to see the breathtaking scenery of Ganga taking a turn under the eyes of the setting sun, in the arms of Tapovan‘s valley, glimmering and shimmering. And in the morning, all you felt was to look down at Laxman Jhula and loudly shout: „Good morning, Rishikesh!“ The Crew. 🌎 A big „thank you“ goes to Krishna, Anuup and Ashish, who made me feel most welcome, and always made sure there was nothing missing. The food was truly satisfiying, nourishing, and prepared with so much dedication. To sum it all up: I wish I had stayed longer here, because this location enchanted me, and made my sojourn in Tapovan feel like magic. Thank you. 🌄

Best place to stay in Rishikesh. You will have a mountain view of the entire rishikesh town. .. This hotel is safe, with good hospitality & food. .. This hotel is situated opposite to the trayambakeshwar temple, it is situated in a hill top with good parking facilities.

Very good price. Good view of the river. We paid 1k for the room with view. They arranged bikes for rent as well. The hotel is in the reserve forest so you have to be careful with elephants at night.
