I was stay at hotel Dev Raj. Hotel was truly delightful offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. Staff was cooperative friendly no complain on service. It was amazing experience.

The hotel was absolutely one of my worst stay. The staff was courteous with words, but inconvenient with the actions. I reached really late night about 1:00 am. The staff received me with a smile but the room given was smelly and tiny, with a view into a dark alley, definitely does not match the photos and reviews. Also the pillows were the dirtiest. Thankfully i was too tired to notice that late night. I checked out 9'o clock in the morning. Wanted to go rafting, but the staff did now allow keeping the luggage for some time.

Rooms are clean, near to laxman jhula and all type of food junction is near to hotel. Ghat is also 100 metres where you can have quality time. You can choose this hotel without any doubts. Owner and caretaker are also very helpful and friendly. Had a wonderful stay.

Very centrally located. Staff behaviour is excellent. But property needs maintenance. Geyser was totally damaged and leaking badly. TV was not working. Blanket was like a thin paper napkin. We asked for one more which was provided. Looks Covid harmed business and Chamoli glacier tragedy worsened the situation. Best for hotel to manage few rooms .

I booked this hotel via OYO, and the first thing that struck me was that it is quite far from ISBT Rishikesh. and from the Laxman Jhula there is also a walking distance of 5 minutes. i reached around 10 in the morning and they did not allow for an early check in. The reception staff was polite and professional. The rooms were tidy and clean, however there was a peculiar smell of alcohol. The one room I checked into had no latches to the balcony side whereas the other room they shifted me to had its door stuck many times
