HOTEL THE SHIVRAAT

I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last two months. During my first visit, everything was excellent. The staff was courteous and the room was well-maintained. However, my recent visit left me disappointed. The staff’s behavior was not as professional this time. They seemed unapproachable and inattentive. Moreover, the cleanliness standards had dropped. The bedsheets provided were not clean enough. This was not what I expected based on my previous experience. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly.

Very close to Triveni Ghat and boys at reception were polite. That would be I can say about the hotel. Almost no maintenance, floor was dirty, lock didn't work (had to find a person both times who struggled himself to lock the door). They won't change the pillow covers, sheets are unclean. Didn't even given towels and soap and had to ask for it late in the night. Even after showing hair and stains all over, they will make excuses to not change it (and they didn't). They were pestering to order food from their menu and finally when I did from the limited things that were available, one boy came after 30 minutes to tell that it can't be done and asked to change the option. Best to avoid if you're looking to stay for more than 10-12 hours. There are other options within 2 mins walk at the same price.

"The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.❣️😍💯👌

Excellent stay at affordable price. The host Kunal bhaiya is very homely and helps in all aspect. Right at the banks of Triveni ghat. 5/5 in every aspect.
