I would like to give zero rating as location is in congested small street ,congested rooms, poor staff and manager behavior. They stole money from my trolly bag when i enquiry about this they used vulgar words and language , i had poor experience of my trip ,I visited with my mother and she was also disturbed by thier attitude. TOTALLY UNSAFE

Hospitality of the place was good. The rooms were well maintained and each room hold a capacity of 2 person. The place also provide a delightful sight as it is located near janki bridge with a walking distance of about 5 minutes. Only shortcoming was that place can take some time to reach because of its situated location. Overall if you are thinking of coming with your friends it is a good place to take shelter and enjoy.

Very bad experience, stayed for two nights and three days in the hotel with family and booked three rooms, no cleaning facilities available, no services available, no bedsheets were replaced depsite request, no drinking water provided on time despite asking several times. Out of courtesy I paid advance amount but it was not worth it and I just wasted my money, no water in taps, pots seat are broken, already blocked on site by Oyo, blocked by goibibo, blocked by MMT and I am sure many more. When I requested the Owners for cleaning and change of linen they literally started yeiling at us without even bothering for any hospitality and the owner(husband and wife) both started screaming together that they are not concern for cleaning, sweepers comes at 10:00am and we should ask them before 10:00am only, my only point was nothing was told, no rules and regulations posted in place in the name of running a hotel.. very bad experience, not recommended at all.. Staying at any ashram is far better than staying at this hotel.

We booked room 205. advice: Don't book it. Ask for another room. Pros: New hotel Near to Ganga Host is nice. Parking is available. Located in a cheap market area Good hot water Cons: No WiFi. Located in a slightly congested area so cars are difficult to manage. No lift, so be careful of luggage.

Location is issue it's just a colony of a town but not far from visiting place better you have your own vehicle. except this everything is fine owner is good, room was neat n clean n new parking is also there. nice stay.

Good quality of food i visit here in every 3 months ....both owner was nice and sweet person nice experience while talking to them 🥰rooms are very neat and clean extra bedsheets also availabe the facility of wifi are also availablee i have seen in many hotels bathrooms are very conjusted and dont have showers but here a big bathroom is available with all the sanitaries 🥰🥰🥰🤗🤗nice experiencee here must visit
