Shree ji palace

We had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience at this hotel. We had *booked 6 AC rooms in advance*, but upon arrival, the staff *refused to provide the rooms we paid for* and instead *forced us to take non-AC rooms*. This was completely unacceptable, especially in the summer heat. To make matters worse, they *overcharged us for just a few hours of stay* and were extremely unprofessional throughout the process. The *owner was shockingly rude and even threatened to throw us out* of the hotel when we tried to reason with him. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. We were *traveling with family*, and the whole experience was very upsetting. We had no choice but to *leave the hotel in the middle of the night*, searching for alternative accommodation when most places were already closed. **Do not consider staying here, especially if you're traveling with family.** Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else that actually respects its guests.

One of the most brilliant hotel in Rishikesh I went with my family it was really very amazing stay and the owner Jatin was really very nice who helped us in our rafting scooty rent and in other things also best budget hotel in Rishikesh highly recommended

shree ji hotel is the one of the best and hidden jam of the rishikesh hotels. It provide you the best accommodation on best prize the rooms they provide you in that much. Good price is absolutely amazing, and the staff of the hotel is too friendly and helpful, especially Rajkumar ji .👍

Totally waste of money.. worst exprnc in my entire life... Owner jatin is very roude and we had book 2 rooms for 2 night and he provided us in diffrnt florr which have no other room. They don't have service boy and even they don't have water for nights as well. Never ever use this hotel

If you like cockroaches, then this is the hotel for you! Come and enjoy all of the beautiful insects in your room. Watch them crawl on the bed, the floor and the tables while you try to sleep. Unforgettable experience! 🙃🙏
