\ I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel Om Shaku Ganga Palace, and I must say it was an experience I wouldn't wish upon anyone. From the moment I arrived, it became evident that this establishment has a long way to go in terms of providing even the most basic level of service and hospitality. The first thing that struck me was the lack of courtesy and professionalism among the staff. It was as if they had never been trained in the art of customer service. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and downright rude. I felt as if I were an inconvenience to them rather than a paying guest. It's disheartening to encounter such an attitude when you're expecting a warm and welcoming stay. The state of the rooms was equally disappointing. They were far from clean, with worn-out furnishings and an overall feeling of neglect. It was evident that maintenance was not a priority for the hotel. I couldn't help but feel that they had no respect for their guests' comfort and well-being. The dining experience was no better. The food was subpar, and the dining area was unclean. It's concerning when you have doubts about the cleanliness of the kitchen and the quality of the ingredients used in the meals. It's a potential health hazard waiting to happen. To anyone reading this review, I strongly urge you to reconsider staying at [Hotel Name]. There are countless other accommodations in the area that will provide you with a far more pleasant and satisfying experience. This hotel's lack of attention to customer service, cleanliness, and basic hospitality is truly disheartening. Save yourself the trouble, and look elsewhere for your lodging needs. Worst hotel I have stayed in. There is no lift. The electricity kept interrupting. Hot water was running out constantly. The reception guy was very rude, and so was the staff at the restaurant. Very limited options were available at the restaurant. Hotel is not easily accessible. The AC makes very loud noise. Hotel owner seriously need to talk to the staff and teach them how to handle a hospitality business, because currently they are pissing off all the guests. Other people around were having the similar experiences. I could go on and on but I’m not going to waste any more time.

𝐀𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: 𝐍𝐨 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐭 I have visited my places but I never experienced such a bad attitude of the staff and receptionist ever. We were provided a room on 3rd floor and when asked to take bags to the rooms, they refused. Requested room change to any lower floor, they refused. Dinner room service, they refused. They asked us to take food to room on our own and were not willing to provide cutlery and bowls. In the morning they themselves called for breakfast and when we went down for the same, they refused. It feels disrespectful. 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦. 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.

We recently had the worst experience of staying at a hotel here. First of all the guy at the reception is very rude, when we asked about the lift, he said “Aap pehli baar Rishikesh aye ho? Yaha lift ni hota” I was like what the hell, this can’t be true. Anyway he could have been polite about it. No one was available to lift the bags up to the third floor. After 2 hours they delivered the bags. The person who takes order for food is very rude as well. He was not interested in serving us, and tried his best that we don’t eat there. But as we were tired, we didn’t want to go outside. When we tried to order from the menu, most of the things were not available. We ended up ordering very basic food. He refused to give us bowls and spoons to eat daal. How are we supposed to eat dal without bowl and spoon? After so many arguments he brought the paper empty icecream cups to eat dal. The guy at the reception called in the morning that our breakfast will be there till 10 am. I double checked if it is included with our stay. He said yes, it is included. When we stepped down 3 floors and were going to sit, the reception guy came and said “Sorry aapko galti se call kar diya tha, kisi dusre ko karna tha”. I felt I had come after an hour he called me, if he knew that he dialled the wrong number, he could have called back and informed me. Or he could have offered us breakfast and charge for it. He did neither of that. We had to climb back 3 floor again without tea or breakfast. Lastly no one was there to help us with the bags while coming down while checking out. Also, the hotel is not easily accessible.

The morning I arrived with parents he was not even responding and we requested for early check and we agreed to pay extra also but he said there is no 2nd room to be alloted and was saying because of me they fought with Agoda that they sold the room for less and when I told him why you are behaving so rude he said you don’t pay, you may go from here its your choice. I said I booked online and not fault I got less rate he said because of me only he is frustrated. And then When I said you are not supposed to behave like this with me I may post comment, Then he allocated us 2rooms which we booked and one of them was so dirty water leakage from washroom. Poor Customer service And Reception remains empty no one to seek help also

I had booked an AC room at this hotel for 2 days one night. Room, bed clothing, rest room were neat and clean. Hotel has good view from top floor in the early morning and late evening hours, since hotel is one sided covered from hill top view. Quite good parking space for car, and bike. Ram jhula approx. 1.5 -2 kms, Neer water fall approx 2 kms, and Lakshman jhula is also approx 2-3 kms far away from hotel location. Hotel is inside Deccan valley society campus. Amazing food points with in 0.5kms from hotel, must recommend for CAFE KARMA. They offer food options and tea service. Prices are comparative cheaper.

Room was neat & clean..Place is located at a nice spot..view is amazing..food was also good.. one BAD thing is Rough & Damaged tracks which have to cross to reach there(inclined).. Especially walking is tough with big bags/trolleys..

Amazing place the price is genuine Stay here this will save our budget foods are really amazing near by and at budget price Views are amazing Location is safe and amazing And the best part is staff behavior is too good
