LevelUp Plus Hotel Pinaaki Inn

I recently stayed at this hotel for three days and had booked a suite room with a balcony. While my stay had its highlights, there were also some areas that could be improved. Starting with the positives, the staff was exceptional. They were very nice, helpful, and friendly throughout my stay. Upon request, they went above and beyond to arrange a beautiful candlelight dinner for us, which was a memorable experience. Their warm and accommodating attitude truly made us feel welcomed. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the room. The suite and its washroom were not clean, which was a major letdown. Additionally, certain services that were supposed to be part of our stay, like daily housekeeping, were not provided, which impacted the overall experience. Despite the shortcomings with cleanliness and services, the excellent staff managed to balance out the experience to some extent. Overall, my stay was good because of their efforts, but the rooms and amenities definitely need improvement.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Level up plus Pinaaki, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the ambiance was warm and welcoming, and it only got better from there. The hotel’s design is modern yet cozy, with plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. What truly set this place apart, however, were the views which were 360° view of rishikesh was amazingly beautiful. Whether enjoying a morning cinnamon tea on the balcony or unwinding at sunset, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Panoramic vistas of jungle...mountains, city skyline...river were visible from almost every corner of the hotel, making each moment feel like something out of a postcard. The overall vibe was relaxed yet stylish, creating the perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always eager to assist without being intrusive. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and there were plenty of cozy spots to lounge and enjoy the surroundings. If you’re looking for a place that combines stunning views with a laid-back, positive atmosphere, I highly recommend Level up plus Pinaaki inn hotel. It’s an ideal destination for anyone looking to unwind and soak in the beauty of the area. I can’t wait to return! One more thing I would love to add on the staffs were very supportive and polite.

I recently stayed at this hotel. and I had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained, and the staff were incredible and helpful. especially the receptionist Ashish ji😎, he was very friendly and very intelligent. I liked the way he talked to us. He was talking to us very lovingly. The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the area, and the facilities provided exceeded my expectations.Overall highly recommend this place and look forward to staying there again."❤️❤️❤️

great service I'm visited with my wife and stayed in the Super deluxe room. We had a comfortable stay and the staff is very courteous and ensure a comfortable stay, Location was great, staff service was very quick. We will definitely come back again, thanks to all staff

Found a quite affordable and clean hotel with parking space. The receptionist Ashish was very friendly with us and made us comfortable during the stay. Would love to visit again. All staff behaviour was very good. ❤️
