I had a wonderful experience staying here. The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay. My room was spacious and immaculate. It felt like a home away from home. This hotel is a fantastic choice if you’re looking for comfort and great service.

What a great find! The hotel provided a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly and responsive, making sure all my needs were met. The room was clean and well-furnished, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was relaxing. The service was prompt and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Very very poor services..... neither they provide food as they said cook available nhi h.....nor their bedding is comfortable, very hard mattresses.....also no toiletries no towels........ These are Basic services which they didn't provide. Had a very bad experience. 3rd class services 🙄😐

Hotel Staff was very rude arrogant and careless .The hotel Staff has no manners to deal with tourist. They are ruining the name of whole uttrakhand tourism.The worst part was they refus to loading the luggage and if you ask anything they will not even answer. First experience in rishikesh not good.

Staff of hotel sivanta treat hospitality very rudely..I suggest the owner u must appoint a polite staff who would be helpful in making your name in good,not as a worst service provider..Atleast tell them to answer your customers...They are in big misunderstanding that their misbehave doesn't affect your hotel name,even their misbehave is also spoiling the name of uttrakhand tourism..

Completely avoid this hotel. It is in a shabby status inside the rooms. Even the staff is rude and not helpful. No lock in main door of the room. There is hell lot of traffic noise even inside the rooms as the room doors and window are not at all sound proof. Very difficult to slip at night due to vehicle honking and speaker sound from nearby hotels. They even refused to keep my luggage for few hours after my checkout.

***UPDATE*** THEY CREATED A NEW GOOGLE ACCOUNT AND DISABLED ALL REVIEWS AND DELETED ALL IMAGES ON THE OLD GOOGLE ACCOUNT. Very bad, and very dangerous for women! I stayed 3 nights and in the first night someone tried to actively enter my room, by jerking the door handle several times (luckily I locked the door). Just before that happened I heard guys near my door and right after I heard the person who tried to enter my room, go into another room on my floor (door had no peephole). I couldn't call reception because the phone didn't work, although I told them about it before, and they said it's working. The next morning I was awaken by very aggressive loud banging on the door. It was 3 people who work there and they informed me that I need to leave now because someone else booked the room. I booked the room for 3 nights, so they double booked! Oh, and one of they workers wanted to charge me extra for staying the 3 nights I already booked because of their mistake. Of course I didn't pay extra. Advice for all: never pay any extra charges they are asking for that weren't disclosed on time of booking. It's a scam. On top of ALL that, it's too expensive and DIRTY, the electricity works maybe 50% of the time, WiFi works maybe 20% of the time, and I had to clean the room for over an hour when I just arrived. Once I ordered coffee (had to go down to reception because the phone doesn't work), and I didn't get the coffee. So also room service is unavailable. The photos I took were after I cleaned the room, so it was much dirtier.
