Hotel Tapovan Retreat, Tapovan, Rishikesh

All issues stem from the lack of staff. Incredibly there's just one lady who runs the hotel. One would find many more options at better rates. Pro - rooms are clean, wifi is good, parking available Cons - you are by yourself in the hotel, basically no staff to cater to your needs.

Awesome hotel to stay... Very supportive staff Clean and hygiene rooms. Service is also good. It's totally awesome. Must visit with your friend family and ur partner.

Worst experience.. there is big parking space but no good way towards. Staff does not listen . Worst stay ever .

Hotel rooms are good. If you are looking for only budget and not luxury, go for standard rooms which are bit packed. I will recommend for room with balcony at second floor, it will give decent view with little increase in fare.

Never ever book this hotel. I made an online booking for this hotel ad made the full payment however when I reached the hotel I was told that the hotel is full and they can't do anything. No refund was done. An uneducated man was sitting at the hotel reception . It was totally a helpless situation for us since the hotel staff was absolutely shameless and a fraud. Good luck if you are still booking this stinking hotel.

Poor experience with services, no food facility. Fake edited pics uploaded on net, reality is different. Poor service by manager there is No for every service. No cooperation at all, all they chase is for money and money with no services or gratitude, My suggestion don't go by pics uploaded on internet, go and see before you book, make all terms clear before hand.

The stay was excellent.. Neat and clean rooms with great mountain view. Ample private parking space.. Thank you Anup ji for the great hospitality..

Hotel facilities was good, hotel location was very easy and near to main topovan road, and hotel balcony view was amezing. So if you choose this hotel, then choose balcony view room.
