Amazing Experience at Hotel Aaravam Ganga! We had an incredible stay at Hotel Aaravam Ganga! The location is unbeatable, with stunning views of the Ganges from our room. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and provided such a peaceful atmosphere. The food at the café was delicious, and I can't emphasize enough how kind and welcoming the staff were — they truly made our stay special. A highlight of our experience was after we checked out, my wife realized she had left her ring in the room. I contacted the hotel, and the manager at the reception went above and beyond by sending the ring back to us by mail. This level of service is extraordinary and far exceeds the usual standards. We felt so at home during our week-long stay, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values cozy rooms and top-notch service. You won't be disappointed!

During my recent stay at this hotel, I found it to be a generally pleasant experience, though with a few notable drawbacks. The location is convenient, and the food served at the restaurant was decent. The staff, while polite and helpful, seemed to have some inconsistencies in service. Pricing, however, was unexpectedly high considering the overall experience, which was a bit disappointing. One major downside is the lack of parking facilities, which could be a hassle for those traveling by car. The room amenities also left something to be desired; there were signs of wear and tear, such as faulty geysers, leaking taps, and outdated showerheads. The soap dispensers were also in need of attention. It seems the hotel could benefit from some refurbishment to meet the standards expected at this price point. Check-in was smooth and efficient, as I arrived as a walk-in guest. However, checkout was a different experience. The staff seemed a bit disorganized, and there was a misunderstanding among them, which led to me being charged incorrectly. After realizing the mistake, the receptionist called me to explain the situation and asked if I could pay the remaining dues, which I did. While I appreciated their honesty in resolving the issue, I did hope for a more thoughtful gesture or some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. Overall, while my stay was comfortable enough, I would suggest the hotel address its pricing, amenities, and staff coordination to improve future guest experiences. If I decide to return, I would hope for a more seamless and customer-friendly experience.

Best hotel in this location. Great rooms, service and view. We stayed in the river view room. It was an amazing experience. The staff is great as well. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic hotel I’ve stayed at a number of hotels in Rishikesh . This is the best the two managers were so helpful and pleasant. The rest of the staff were wonderful. Rooms excellent clean everything u need was there . The only hotel I will stay at when in Rishikesh Well done managers staff and all thank you David

Perfect location central to rikshaws, convenience stores, gyms. I visit Rishikesh every year and highly recommend them. Clean bed sheets, towels and always helpful. Food quality aswell is great and they have machine coffee thankfully. Great views. Thank you Ganesh ji for your considerate and continuous attention. Lovely staff.

Very courteous staff, very satisfactory room with a view of the Ganges river, we were on the third floor and it was fantastic, clean and tidy, cleaning was done correctly when requested. excellent desserts for breaks. We were not very satisfied with the prices also because strangely, sales through the booking channel where we had more discounts stopped immediately, many customers were noisy in the middle of the night and no measures were taken as we had to go and argue with the guests during the night, some misunderstanding when paying for check out, as the last thing to say was we were made an unwelcome proposal without even offering us anything for what happened. However we highly recommend it for the location, the structure, the view, the cleanliness, the order and the kindness. We will came back again in future

Nice reception, cleanliness 100%, Food tasty, fast service 100%, staff very well behaving and co operative . though AC was not working in one of our room. And no LIFT
