Kamay The Grand Alova

We always had a great stay at Alova. The view of Ganga and Mountains is awesome. The staff is very supportive. We didn't face any issue. 24x7 help is available. The food is great with variety of dishes. Rooms are clean with all basic amenities.

Disorganized and Overpriced Stay at Kamay The Grand Alova I recently stayed at Kamay The Grand Alova, expecting a premium experience after paying over ₹13,000. Unfortunately, my stay was frustrating and far below expectations. Room Changes (Thrice!): We were forced to change rooms three times during our stay! This level of disorganization was completely unacceptable, especially considering the price. Each room had its own issues, making the entire experience tiring and inconvenient. Instead of resolving the core problems, they simply kept moving us around. Service: As compensation for the inconvenience, they gave us 1 kg of apples—which was insulting and inadequate given the level of frustration and disruption we experienced. A more meaningful resolution was expected. Value for Money: For ₹13,000+, I expected seamless service, comfort, and professionalism. However, the poor organization, constant room changes, and lack of proper resolution left us feeling extremely dissatisfied. However food was good Final Thoughts: The experience at Kamay The Grand Alova was not worth the price at all. A token gesture like 1 kg of apples cannot compensate for the stress and inconvenience we endured. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Courteous staff nice property stragically located very near to NEEM BEACH, awesome food. Had a wonderful stay. I switched to this hotel after searching a lot. Mr Anoop Sharma and Rahul Sharma were always there to support for any kind of help. Overall best value of money.

Rooms were spacious but not kids friendly. I request the hotel team to please install a manual lock or (kundi) inside the room. It very difficult to stay in a room with kids who can easily open the door through automatic lock and get out of the rooms. It is very risky .

Stay in hotel was very comfortable. House keeping Manager Anup Sharma was very cooperative and sincere toward job . I Suggest traveller to stay at Kamya the grand Alova Rishikesh Best part of hotel is very near to White sand beach ...Five star to property and staff

I have stay 2 days at Kamay grand alove hotel the service and food quality was excellent and in future definitely I have stay at that hotel and I have suggest everyone please stay at that hotel specially thank to Vijay Nauni restaurant manager for take care of us
