Hotel The Shivaay 2.0 - Keshav Nandan Rishikesh

I stayed here last month with my family, including my 3 months old baby. We had planned a 2 days stay here. The staff was very friendly. Food was delicious. And location was also perfect, close enough to avail market facilities and distant enough to avoid city chaos. We found this hotel sooooo comfortable that we extended our stay to 5 days. This hotel is definitely going to be my first choice forever. Thank you Team Keshav Nandan.

Very nice hotel in Tapovan for budget travellers. I would give a 10/10 for their service. The staff are very cool and will help you with everything you ask for. Food was kind of ok. Their Masala chai is the best.

During my two-day stay at this hotel, I had an exceptional experience to share. The staff went above and beyond, especially when I accidentally left my airpods in the room. Despite us having already checked out, they promptly called and agreed to courier them to us. They kept us informed throughout, relieving us of any worry. Such dedication is rare in today's world, and their effort truly impressed me. As for the hotel itself, the rooms are impeccably clean and offer a refreshing breeze. The ambiance allows you to fully enjoy the natural surroundings and picturesque views. Thank you so much, Keshav Nandan, for everything!

It was a very nice stay in hotel , The staff was very polite and helpful. Uday helped us a lot to understand nearby surroundings and one of the staff member to booked a cab for Neelkanth Mahadev Mandir. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for family visits. The surroundings are very good. Thanks for all your help.

Stayed at the hotel for a day/night and found it to be amazing. It's recently renovated with clean rooms and washrooms. Food we had was very tasty - we had breakfast and tea and liked these a lot. Location is really good - near the Lakshman Jhula road - you can walk to the jhula. The Beatles Cafe is 3 mins away. There's space for parking for 6-7 cars. Staff is courteous and helpful. You get rickshaw from the nearby T point on the Lakshman Jhula road from where you also take a left turn to reach the hotel. There are innumerable places to eat nearby that you can reach on foot.
