Hotel Grace Ganga

Dear All, This the experience of hotel.. please be careful if you are going to check in this hotel.. it's not for anyfamily they have dormatry also so anyone who only want a bed for sleeping they can choose but not choose for hospitality it's only for sleep if you have least option to stay their. "Do not book this hotel if you anyone in family is old/pregnant/or having health issues." Here is a complete experience Hotel having no lift and very short stears even my foot is going out from stears. Without lift everyone will suffer to reach their room and due stears are scaring for falling down. Even ratings are showing wrong and distripsion of hotel is very different, at ground and 1st floor hotel given there premises for rent hence hotel room starts from 2nd floor even without lift. No support from staff. Bathroom was very gloomy and low lightning. Even when we entered in hotel rain was there hence stears are also wet as it's dripping water from up. Only 1 guy there for everything for booking and reception and for cleaning. Even there no support from anything. AC and TV not was working even after complaint they said it will not work and we can't do anything in this. Staff is also rude. Overall very pathetic experience of hotel . Not recommended at all to anyone

The reception guy was the worst. He was one of the most cheap and rude person I ever met. He kept on charging extra money for every single thing. Even when u told him to clean the room he asked for 500rs. after denying he started yelling in front of other people. i don’t know what did the owner thought before giving this guy a job.

the hotel guy was very weird and didn’t entertain guest for anything. He seemed drunk and was yelling at other guests. Also he was asking for extra money again and again for everything. We even had to pay for the parking which was of hotel only. Please be safe and avoid this hotel

Bathroom smells like sewage and none of the 3 power outlets worked so I couldn’t charge my phone. Service, especially from the manager was terrible. Save yourself some trouble and stay elsewhere.

Staff not at all corporative specially receptionist. I suggest to avoid this hotel at any cost.

I never met with such a worst staff. Shanky (GoliBaaz) rude person not even know how to talk politely. Madam (name not known) on reception, no care about customers need. Bathrooms were not cleaned on asking 2-3 times a boy came and clean the WC with towel (which I think they gave to the tourists for use). We forget our IDs there and asking them to kindly speed post to our address. Shanky asked me to paytm Rs.30-50 extra for this and I committed yes to him. Despite this he did not post my ID. Even after calling, he not bothered to talk to me about status whether he mailed or not, madam told me that he is in the market after 1 hr. he did not came back even after 2-3 hrs. he jammed in the traffic as per conversation with madam who was on the terrace (every time) with the customers on every call. I made 15-16 calls for my IDs but they even not gave any fruitful response. I had never seen such amazing bad staff with this kind of service. (0.0/5 rating as not having in (--) rating)

I never found such amazing hostel in rishikesh.The location is very close to tapovan and Laxman jhula.perfect place to stay and owner of hotel is very kind and humble.He help us to choose some cafe,atm and in other way.I like the grace ganga vibes. Rooms are best and clean and price are okay.I personally recommend to all .

Worst Staff ever, stinking toilets, untidy bed sheets. Staff is very busy with playing games on mobile. Owner is not from India so staff dose not take care of hotel as well of tourists. Not recommended to stay even a night for.
