OYO Gayatri Resort

I booked online from Agoda with payment successful and confirmation slip. When I reached the location, they denied me the room and told that no room was booked in my name and all rooms were full. When I cross checked with agoda, they told that hotel needs to close the window online if rooms are full but this hotel had not closed it there. Also the contact no. of this hotel was not reachable. I got my refund from agoda but this is really inconvenient specially if u are travelling with ur family.

We had booked 2 deluxe AC rooms.||When we reached the hotel, the hotel owner denied the check In and told us that rooms were not available. After 3-4 hours with lots of arguments, we checked In finally but we found that AC was not working, no towels and hand wash were in the washroom. Flush was not working properly, No power back ups and the curtains of the window were dirty. ||I was really disappointed regarding the services and delay in the check In. I had booked AC rooms but not avail the AC services and other services too. I requested customer care for the refund of deferential amount of AC/Non AC rooms and for other services, they simply denied. ||I will suggest, not to book this hotel for hassle free trip.

One of the worst experience ever, Please never choose this hotel even by mistake.Management itself is very bad.We booked 1 big room at around 9am and after putting our luggage in the room then went for rafting, and when we return back,they had our room changed without even asking us.And when we complaint they said they had given that room to some one else for higher price. Even I showed them the entry in their registration of our booking with room number but these greedy ones was just keep asking to either leave the hotel or be in very small room at the same price. I must say hotel like this should be closed, we as a customer can only write a review about our experience which was very very bad.

We visited Rishikesh last month... it was our first visit to Rishikesh... we booked Gayatri Resorts online via Goibibo... we reached Jolly Grant Airport, Dehradun on 22nd morning, from where took a cab to this place... cost Rs. 750... we reached there around 11:30 am... the reception people were nice, kind & polite... |.|The room was good... it was a suite room... neatly kept... comfy bed & blankets were provided... There is a balcony, from where we can get a good view of mountain...only drawback was the bathroom was not cleaned properly; cigar butts were lying here & there... but cleaned on our request... full time hot water was available... the hotel people itself gave us an idea about the places to visit... Ram Jula & Lakshman Jula are nearby, one can go on foot or take a shared Rickshaw... Safe place to live... lots of restaurants & shops are there nearby, from where u can get good quality food... most restaurants also provide western food... majority of restaurants provide only veg food...|Close to the hotel is the taxi/jeep stand, from where u can hire a vehicle to go to Neelkanth...Rs. 150/person... one can also hire 2-wheelers, there are lots of shops nearby...|Evening time, the temperature went down to 17 degree Celsius... There was cool chill wind blowing from evening 6pm onwards till next morning... |One can get a good view of sunrise from the room itself...

A good place to stay easy car parking easy walkable distance to la laxman jhulla & to most of the good cafe's.|VERY neat n Clean hotel good beddings. Small room n washroom. Hot n cold running water all times. We had only tea here it was good. A good budget hotel.

Had a wonderful time here. The rooms have bathtub and smartv. Moreover it's a very big property on the main Tapovan road. Greenery all around the place with the view. The rooftop has 360* view of the mountains and ganga and the whole valley. Staff is polite and curtious. Memorable experience

We went as a group of 10 people and stayed at this property. It has been a nice experience for us as the food was also very fresh and delicious. The place has a good lawn and hosts a good no. of trees and flowers int he vicinity to add to the wholesome beauty of the place. Overall a nice place to stay.

We have ordered for mushroom fried rice and sejwan fried rice and pizza too....we Love the food and quality of food was to awesome and mouthwatering aroma and test is just like we repeated the mushroom fried rice. Polite staff (manager prem) . If you want to have great food just come this beautiful place. 😇
