Orchid Hotel and Hostel

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked a deluxe room for ₹2500 per night, expecting decent quality, but what I got felt like a ₹700 room. The stairways were extremely dirty, with people spitting everywhere — it was very unhygienic. In the early morning, they turned off the AC and lied, saying there was no electricity. However, everything else like their speakers and lights were working perfectly, clearly showing they were just trying to save on electricity costs at the guest’s expense. Overall, the environment was poor, the cleanliness was terrible, and the management was dishonest. I had booked for a week but could not tolerate staying for more than one night. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Location is good.service was good but tv was not working ,no lift,no swimming pool.door locks were back dated.parking was conjusted because of mountains road. Bathroom was small with less hanging selfs.bed was normal.

The rooms were impeccably clean, well-maintained, and elegantly designed, providing a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. The amenities exceeded expectations, and the housekeeping service was prompt and efficient.food was testy . Nice stay and budget hotel

I had a fantastic experience at hotel from the moment I arrived the staff was incredible welcoming and attentive .the room was spotless'spqcious and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. The best was extremely comfortable ensuring a great night sleep.

The good thing(s): open space outside for work Bad things: no soundproofing (you'll hear every single conversation happening on your floor), hot water (need to wait a lot to get some of it to come out of the tap), squeaky cranky room doors, hard to turn locks. There are better rooms in the same price range. 3/5

Better rest than in main road hotels since itself more silent perfect option when you don’t want to think about anything else but resting having food and taking a good shower the room is very nice and clean the food is very testy . Staying here gives a homely feeling.all the staff is very nice and friendly.thanks to mr ritik ji front officer

I stayed here for 3 days and I really liked it. I had come here with my family. The staff here helped us a lot in showing us the local sideseen. The service was very good. The hotel staff was very good and co operative . All adventure activities are available near this hotel. Rooms and washroom are. Clean I recommend this hotel.... specially thankfully mr ritik (hotel manager) I will recommend this hotel to my friends if they are on a Rishikesh...
