One Earth City Heart Rishikesh

The staff is extremely friendly and supportive . The location of the hotel is great as it's exactly on the main road. Rooms are decent though the bathrooms could have been planned better. Food was delicious and presented in a hygienic way. The hotel name is not visible during night times from the road which makes it difficult for the guests to figure out the location. Overall a good staying experience and hope the management looks into the pain points that are shared.

Overall had a good experience here. The rooms were clean & well-maintained, the whole staff was friendly and the location was very convenient and basic Amenities are also good. Overall a great stay here and like recommend to others.

Rooms are near and clean, staff is responsible and very humble towards us, food quality is also very good and tasty restaurant ambience is also very satisfactory and lastly location is very nice...... Appreciated performance..... Thanks

Hotel is at prime location in Tapovan and Has clean and good rooms. Balconies give you view of mountains. Best part of the stay was their service. staff was very helpful, Chandveer ji was very helpful and supportive to us during the stay and even helped us after stay got over.
