One of the pathetic stays provided by oyo. It was just the waste of money. The room had no basic ammenities. There was no cupboard, no mirror not even in the bathroom, infact bathing mug was not given even after requesting. The AC was also not working and infact there was a leakage from it. The had no recharge in the tv, it was there just for the show. The pool area was so dirty. Overall i would suggest to avoid this place from staying.

I had very poor experience there. They did ask for high prices with almost nothing in return. Air conditioner was leaking all the time and they didnt even bothered after complain as well. A/C was not working all the time. Didnt get my breakfast as well. We had a television in our room but it wasnt recharged so again we paid a lot of money for nothing. Usually they pick up calls at reception but they do forget everything you've asked. I literally felt that the receptionist was stoned all the time. We didnt get hot water for shower as well. We did not had enough buckets and mugs for bath. I believe I made complain for everything at reception but got nothing in the end. Such a shame on their hospitality and services, shame on oyo rooms. If you're in the great mood of holidays kindly avoid this place it can ruin your stay in Rishikesh.

I have booked two rooms online through ogada/Oyo on 19 May 23,onreaching hotel that gentleman refuses to give room told that they have deregistered hotel from Oyo.after several calls to ogada/Oyo booking was cancelled and rooms were provide in same hotel on cash without bill/receipt.not good for family stay as occupents were (teen agers)were roaming in Vests and smooking in corridors. Also bedroll were of sub standard. There was no Water in washrooms in morning hours and no attendant was available for 2 hours .

I don't want to give even a single star....they have no facilities as written on the website.we booked 2 rooms for 3 days. Both the rooms were pathetic.from leaking walls to leaking bathrooms and insects in the room, everything was such a disgust. Just one towel in one room and no water bottle. On being asked the manager replied " couple to ek hi towel use karte hai". Every room in this cottage has a problem. we were 5 women traveling together and it was such a harassment! Manager was rude and staff men were cheap. No management at all. I would never recommend anyone to stay here. This is a true review...

I have pre-booked my stay before a week. Yet upon reaching the hotel, the manager denied room availability and asked for an extra 500 rs. to stay on the 1st floor. This is not at all welcomed. And at night I couldn't sleep because of Rats. Yes, there were kind of big rats who were crunching your rooftop sealing all night and the sound was horrible.

Worst staff, worst service, no internet, no power back up for AC, majority of the time power cut, no food only food menu. No professionalism they can change your room between your stay. If they get better offer. They will force you to adjust 2 room to 1 room. If they have new clients. Overall worst experience. Only good thing is infrastructure and location.

This po property is besties hotel in Rishikesh at oyo . I recommend to my all friends. service was great. Room made by wooden style with attached bathroom.and big garden for relaxing... And specially the hotel is located like natural.i definitely come again.

The place is accessible from the main road, but if you have a car with you, you might face parking issues. Rooms were fine but the washrooms were not. Also the swimming pool is a scam, don't book if you were booking here just beacuse of the swimming pool.
