Tripti The Boutique Hotel

Very unprofessional. Had an online booking for 2 rooms/4 adults. & email exchange with them. However, upon landing late in the evening after a day's journey, they feigned ignorance about the booking - and offered us 1 room instead to accommodate us. (Apparently, they gave away one room to a spot customer who offered to pay higher tariff). While the location is great from accessibility perspective; beware of the traffic noise - can get reallly annoying, especially early mornings & peak hours. Don't just go by the photos - the rooms were very average - stained sheets, dark & musty smelling. Balcony oversees other buildings only - no views to see here! Washroom was stinking as well. You can get far better hotels/rooms for a similar price.

Had a confirmed booking through agoda. Even after payment of room charges, the hotel denied the booking and did not allow to check-in. Worst service, contact person is of no use and bad customer service. Would not suggest this stay.
