Hotel Tapovan Cottage ( Come as Guest, Leave as family)

Very Bad, worst, Don't visit this place, other 3-5 stars reviews are fake, extreme expensive food, and taste like non sense, very bad. Complex names costs ₹320 and the food is 3/4 part of small bread with tomatoes upon it. They only fill tomatoes in all dishes.

People who really want to stay a little bit far from rishikesh traffic must stay here. It's hardly 5 minutes walking distance and accessed by car too from the national highway in tapovan. Nice management by Mr. Abhishek. I have been around 3 times over here.

It’s on the hilltop on tapovan side. 10 minute walk from the main road. The road is really steep and difficult for bigger cars to get to top. It’s opposite to the 12 monks hostel where usually evening jams are going on, so one can go and chill there as well. The rooms and toilet were neat and clean. Wi-fi available, rooms have geyser and AC facility also. A decent place and value for money. The services are also just fine.

Hotel is on a bit high location and have an issue of parking however if u don't have ur own car it will feel like trekking to reach from main road to hotel. Premium rooms of this property has a beautiful view from balcony & we loved it. Food was kinda okay but not that upto the mark. Hotel needs alot of cleanliness in rooms as well as in property as well. Staff was kinda nice & polite. Overall good experience to be there. Thanx for serving us.

Staying Experience was very pleasant, mood refreshing. The views were awesome. Even I captured sunrise video from the balcony. About the food, no idea as I didn't order any.

Staff was good, room was also good and specious, cleanness needs to be a bit better.we arrived late night and staff co operated in getting the car parked and checkin. Only few things which was awkward that in night intercom was switched off and i had to call the owner cellphone. And after 1 hour of checkin in toilet water supply stopped, but they fixed it upon calling.

The hotel is situated very inside on a slope and it gets difficult to climb everytime if you dont have your own car/scooter. It has no lift and it becomes tiring to climb and carry your suitcases. No heater in the room. No major good view. Its an average place.
