A good property with good rooms and okayish restaurant. The best part was the vast parking area and an equal area garden. All the wonderful cafes and eating areas are in the vicinity. Major cons are the stinking bathroom in some of the rooms and frequent power cuts. Other than that, a good property which wins with it's parking space.

Service is terrible,,,No basic facilities provided in rooms like slippers, dental kit, tissue paper etc.... And most terrible thing is main drainge opening in the room. It's real and big cheat with people,,,,Rates are high like five star. Slept with main drainge smell. Never ever go on the pics shown on website. No cleanliness at all. Behaviour of staff very arrogant and felt not safe for ladies and kids.

Nice stay with family.. Very breathtaking view. But they should maintain cleanliness in rooms and other areas. Sraff doesn't have proper uniform. It should be more professional.

One of the worst service I have received till now on all the places visited. Only plus point is location of the hotel. Service is very bad , breakfast options are very limited. Lunch or dinner menu is very few options are available. Also room cleaning and fittings are not upto the mark as per the price They are charging. They also didn't allocated the room we booked the explanation they gave that the person who was staying there before he extended the stay. Our booking was confirmed and payment was already done so we can't do any anything. They took advantage of this and allocated lower category room than what we have paid for . The locks were not working properly. The bathroom fittings were loose . Not at all what we have expected for . Even the worst bed and breakfast I have seen was better than this. Only positive point about this hotel is its location.

We stayed for 2 nights and I was with my family. All the people were really helpful with rented scooty, cab booking and all the other information. We had amazing time there. But the food quality is below average so I wouldn’t recommend it for dinner and lunch

A wonderful stay with clean, spacious rooms and stunning views near the Ganges. The staff was friendly, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals. Yoga and meditation sessions added to the relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for a peaceful retreat in Rishikesh!

Stayed here recently, and the experience was fantastic! Manager Deepak was super attentive, and the staff, Sushant and Shrey, were amazing—friendly, helpful, and always smiling. They made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend for a warm and comfortable stay!
