Lovely hotel and good staff. breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. room was clean with the essentials. scooty rental facility is also available in the hotel which is very useful for visiting hidden places. me and my colleagues would surely choose it again next time.

The hotel experience is amazing. Food is very good .staff is also very helpful and nice .manager is so kind nature .they have scooty on rent also at very good price and also arrange other activities . Overall very good experience.. we recommend all the persons to visit this hotel.

Had a great stay at the mountain view. The rooms are affordable and clean. The staff is very helpful and humble. I had been suffering from a bad throat and asked for hot water n number of times and they were always courteous to oblige. Thanks

Nice rooms, cooperative staff , better services, prices are also feasible.Scooters are also available for rides at affordable rates. Really, enjoyed my stay at this place. Thank you team mountain view......

This hotel is a big scam! Do not book it, they just mislead you by the name of mountains ! You will only get a gutter narrow street view from windows! Highly overpriced And doesn’t have any basic facilities! The receptionist at the night is highly rude ! He doesn’t know how to talk to guests !

But in fact, the people who helped me in a difficult moment when I was feeling very unwell and took me to the hospital didn’t charge me any money for it, even though I offered. They always tried to help with everything I asked for. A big thank you for such a wonderful experience. You made my stay in Rishikesh very comfortable."

I dont understand why this hotel has all 5 star reviews. I wonder if they are all genuine? So, booked 2 rooms, we paid 1000 per room. both were just ok. The overall hotel vibe wasn't great. Toilet in our room had issues. The seat had no hand shower jet and seat jet was broken. We managed somehow. There was no option to close bathroom door from inside the room. It could only be closed from inside the toilet. The rooms had a small table and a small sofa which made it cramped. No lift. Its ok for bachelors, friends, groups but i wouldn't recommend for families. We selected budget room hence no balcony. But there was no cross ventilation as well.
