OYO 12248 Hotel Bagirathi Palace

The condition of the rooms were very bad. Bed sheets, linens were dirty. Toilet was horrible. Ambience was very bad. They told us this is a 3 star property but Could not stay a single night due to AC was not working, when I request them to change the room because we have small baby with us they refuse to do so and when I told them I will not pay the balance amount they called police.. Overall a horrible experience for two hours. Don't go it's a scam.

Nice hotel and it's near main road. Lakshman Jhoola is about 1KM away from here. Very nice place to stay, neat and clean rooms. Air fresh rooms with city views from windows. Nice food and services. They have parking space available. Rooms were clean and of average quality I think was good according to money.

Room Rent : 1400 per room (Double)||Room Condition : Condition was ok. Bathroom was not clean. Can see spider web and mosquitoes due to open window.||Room Service : Service was ok. Staff was not Friendly at all. Once I asked for towel. Staff said "aapko 2 towel diye to the kal" I was like how 3 people can use 2 towel. Breakfast was not free. Food was ok. ||Location : Location is good. Nearby market make things colourful.||Overall : Not so good hotel in terms of room rent. Better option are available nearby. Adventure activities option is available from hotel. No in house restaurant. Food is ordered by this hotel from other hotel.

The best part is that the hotel is in the market, everything near buy, no need to venture around, You can do your adventure activities directly from the hotel, But I preferred going opp the hotel & got better rates & facility. The hotel is average & simple not fancy, Electricity is a big issue. We had A/c rooms but the ac was on for about a few hours, rest the ac was gone, reason no electricity rest everything was working on generators. Food is not provided, however a near buy hotel does delivery food to our rooms. Neat & clean rooms however some items seems to be worn out. Security wise I would say its secure.

One of the worst experience we had there Totally fraud staff is bot good room is not good as shown in the pics I highly recommend not to go there if u ware with family or solo Too They fraud with local restaurant owner and Abhishek rawat staff of this hotel that guy included in all kind of fraud and try to make money from us plz guys don’t go there thank you

Worst hospitality ever. Reached late at the hotel around 11:30. The hotel had cancelled the booking without any information. We were stranded at night only because of them. The owner (Sandeep goswami) did not even try to come infront of us and apologize. The reception guy did not know anything and for every small query, calls his boss. Location wise, its not on the main road. Around 100m inside the main road . Very bad experience with them.

Rooms are ok but very bad service. They don’t have a refrigerator also. For everything you need call them multiple times. If it’s just for a night then it’s fine to stay as it’s a budget hotel.

I was confused whether I made a right choice or not. But since the time I'm checked in till check out. It's a really one of the best place to stay. Manager "Vimal" is the person you must contact with. Truly worth it, Wifi, water, rooms were totally neat and clean. Friendly behaviour is the thing you can find here, and the main thing is that you'll feel like home. The food was also amazing. If you visit rishikesh, Vimal is the person you can contact. He'll guide you with everything and anything. And, thank God!! This place has personal parking. I'll visit again and again. Thank you Vimal sir for the wonderful place.
