Best in class. 100000 times better than HOTEL ishan. We just loved the view and stay. Staff is really nice and helpful. U keep visiting Rishikesh but this visit and stay made my trip worth remembering for ever

The location of the hotel is fanastic with a lovely ganga view from the rooms. However the rooms are very basic with limited space. We booked 2 delux room wherein 1 room was very small. There are steep stairs from reception to the rooms which one should be careful about. Food was okay. To conclude, apart from the superb ganga view the hotel was not very promising considering its rate which we got around 4500/- per night.

Booked the room but didn’t check in. I asked to see the room before checking in, glad I did, since the rooms are not as advertised. You have to climb several flights of stairs so unless they carry the luggage for you, you’re in trouble. The place is not car accessible. The taxi driver refused to go in and stopped 200 meters short of the location so I had to go get someone at the hotel to get the luggage from the car. For the price they charge it’s not worth it. Even the view from the room is not very good. Other better options available nearby. Ended up staying at a nearby place

Had a great stay at Kunwar Residency (Room Type-Suite room) 1. Amazing view of river Ganga and Laxman zhula from the room. 2. Excellent room and great hospitality and service. 3. Rooms were clean and well maintained. 4. Food ordered in room was of good quality 5. There is a ghat near the hotel which very few people are aware of. Amazing view of Gangaji from the ghat.

The only best thing I found about the property is it's location. You get beautiful view of River Ganges and Trimbakeshwar Temple. Other than that, we asked them to arrange a cab for a day trip to Dhari mata temple and they charged much more than the actual cost, which we found out later from other cab drivers. So beware of that. Also the food was below average.

Very rude receptionist with lots of attitude. Found stone in food and the complaint went unheard by the receptionist. This place ain't gonna be comfortable and good for family stay due to this person. Rooms are OK but service is bad.

Wonderful rooms with very exquisite view of the ganga river. Did not try the inhouse dining but food is available. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay.
