The Groot House

We went in the off season the rooms were ok..not extraordinary or something like that . Service was ok but if you are going there don't use their crockery better to use plastic or eat outside . Overall it's okay The staff is friendly. The view from the top is good .

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered was warm and it came with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect. I recommend everyone to stay here.

Excellent hotel with an excellent location located at the center of Tapovan Rishikesh , extremely clean & comfortable. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, food is good It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Groot house for going just that little step extra for the guests

That is osam hotel you also go there, threre service is good and room is best of best,and location is also good, there mountain View is nice and near are waterfall you also visit there but you take vehicle.

Room was dirty charged us 4000 and first informed about that breakfast is included then morning they said it’s included for one service pers

Beautiful experience.. highly recommended.. services are excellent and hotel staff is very very supportive...well maintained,clean and hygienic rooms.. excellent food

This hotel is very bad and not good service and not good staff very rughf usually lounge not parking not good place is the hotel not hot water i request every body people not booking this hotel your money is lost thank you
