The worst place to stay in Rishikesh. The room was not cleaned at all. It smell bad and the floor was dirty. We didn’t even have towels. We asked for towels and to clean the room when we checked in. We came back at afternoon, and nothing was done. We asked again and we left for our evening activities and dinner. We came back at midnight and the room was still dirty and there were no towels. The only thing that they did was to open the window. I guess that means “cleaning” in their dictionary! By far the worst experience I had in whole India! Avoid this so called “Hotel” at all cost!

This place is not even worth 1 star! Disappointing and Misleading – Avoid This Property I recently booked this property based on the images and description provided online, but the reality was far from what was advertised. Upon arrival, I was shocked at the poor standard and cleanliness of the accommodation. The bedding was stained and dirty, the rooms were unmaintained, and the bathroom was filthy with no toilet paper provided. The towels looked like they had already been used, adding to the overall feeling of neglect and uncleanliness. When I addressed these issues with management, they offered me another room, but it was even worse. There was a bucket under a leaking shower, and when I tried to stop the dripping water, the shower tap came off in my hand. The room also reeked of cigarette smoke, and the bedding was once again dirty. Their solution? Sending a staff member with an air freshener to spray the room. I told the reception I could not stay there and left immediately. I am now still awaiting a refund, which the management appears reluctant to provide. They are also ignoring emails sent by the online booking platform I used. This place is a far cry from the images they advertise and is completely misleading. I urge anyone considering booking here to think twice. It was a shocking and stressful experience. I would like to also know why you have marked my booking as a no show when I came to the hotel but couldn't stay there due to the unexcepatble standard that was offered. I am still waiting for a refund on this which was explained by your hotel team I would receive through the booking platform. Why has this not been processed?

The hotel is very nice with many good facilities like lift, beautiful terrace, room cleaning, etc Washroom is very nice plus the staff is very polite and helpful 100 out of 💯

The rooms are good but the bed mattresses are too soft and hence led to backaches for us, the room service was average. The location is easily reachable, the view from rooms was buildings but from the terrace (5th floor) the view was beautiful. The food was better outside in the market. The tea was sheera. Overall stay wise it was good. For food and all one should consider going outside and having something.

Hotel Townhouse Oak JK Heaven offers some basics but unfortunately missed the mark in several key areas, affecting our overall experience. The beds were very comfortable, and the small parking area is helpful, even though it’s limited. However, we encountered a series of issues. For example, only free TV channels were available, with no cartoon channels for kids, making it harder to keep our child entertained. Warm water wasn’t accessible without asking, and we were only provided a heating rod after requesting it. The food was a major disappointment, as every dish we ordered tasted sour, which really spoiled our dining experience. Given that the food is already on the expensive side (a simple tea costs Rs 50), the lack of quality was disheartening. Additionally, there were inconsistencies in room amenities — only one of the two rooms had a working landline phone, and one bathroom had a dirty flush cover, which affected our sense of cleanliness. Other basic necessities were also missing. No towels were provided, and instead of a comfortable quilt, we were given a heavy winter blanket, which felt excessive as the weather was not very cold. In summary, Hotel Townhouse Oak JK Heaven has some positives, but improvements in food quality, amenities, and customer service are needed for a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, encountered several issues that affected my experience. The bed linens were not cleaned properly, which raised concerns about hygiene. Additionally, the service was subpar, with staff appearing inattentive to guest needs. To compound matters, the lift was malfunctioning, causing inconvenience during my stay. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the quality of service for future guests.

Recommended, Hotel is at great location, just near luxman jhula, neither far nor at the center, hence the rooms are peaceful. Staff is great specially Karan, very helpfull. They have proper parking as well. Rooms and amenities are quite nice too. It's better than rest oyo's and for the price it's a great choice.

Terrible experience. Customer service is not good. No hot water provided to bath. After multiple followups and raising complaint against property still they didn't provide it. Also blanket and towels not provided. Rude behaviour. Only good thing I can say is food. Please don't book room here.
