The rooms were dirty, there were no towels, and the bed linen was stained and clearly unwashed. The rooms smelled of cigarettes—an absolute disaster! The location wasn’t great either, especially for those who value peace and quiet. The only positive aspect was the helpful staff. After seeing the room, I decided to cancel my stay and move to another place.

Unfortunatly very loud location, very dirty rooms, furniture and curtains. Toilet was disgusting. Staff at reception tried to cheat and put an extra 0 in my payment to get 10 times the amount! This is the only time it happened to me in Rishikesh. No other staff is like that. Room was also an extreme smokers room. I couldn t wait for the night to be over and to move elsewher

We had a really nice experience while our stay. The staff were very cooperative and helpful. They even arranged a bonfire for us on special request. Thanks a lot for the hospitality.

All service like rooms , water,location and facility is ok, free parking option is very good but need to work in room electronic appliance like ac and tv remotes not working and hot water is not coming properly. i am giving 5 rating due to her supportive staff, My friend's car was not able to start due to battery issue, but the staff members at the hotel helped me a lot or even pushed everyone with great difficulty and finally got the car started, very helpful behaviour.

This was a pathetic hotel. Termites in the room with bad and smelly furniture and the bed sheets and pillows were tooo stinky. The staff was too bad and they had very bad vision for the females there. I regret booking this place which i booked for 2 night but could barely spent 1 night there it was too uncomfortable and a awful experience.

A best hotel in rishikesh like a home... I was staying with my family for 2days... The staff and management like a friend... I was fall my Aadhar card in reception but they were posting on my address as well.... Thank you Parna to be a good time spending in your hotel....

There were no towels, no toilet paper. Room didn‘t look inviting at all and was not hygienic. Toilet downstairs (for guests and service staff) was smelling really badly.

Overall, a good experience at Prana. They are detailed in the services they provide, and it is quite relaxing. Rajeev and Neeraj were professional in his services.
