Nice hotel located in Tapovan. Well appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast and delicious food. Access by road is easy. Last 100mtr is narrow single lane road which the security person can help navigate. Pvt parking is there. Feel of 4 star hotel in a compact property.

We had high expectations for our stay at Terrakotta Rishikesh especially given the cost of approximately ₹14,000 for two days, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Neither the food nor the service met our expectations. The breakfast at the buffet was a horrible experience, with dishes that tasted terrible. Surprisingly not a single dish throughout our stay was enjoyable and there were additional issues such as the flush occasionally not working. The overall experience was disappointing. While the ambience was decent, it became clear that good hospitality matters more, and this was lacking. For instance, the corridor lights were turned off at night for some inexplicable reason which made no sense. As we were leaving earlier than planned, the staff packed sandwiches for us. However, these were the same ones served at breakfast the previous morning further highlighting the lack of effort. The food quality throughout our stay was terrible and not worth the price at all.

We stayed in Terrakotta for 2 nights during Diwali weekend. Experience of the stay was excellent. The room was big large and very clean. Very comfy bed with nice soft sheets and pillow. The food was beyond expectation! We had lunch on the day we arrived. There is great selection of food, more than I expected. Our party was of 8 people and all the dishes we ordered from wraps, soup, salads, egg curry etc were cooked to perfection. The staff and servers are polite and go beyond normal duties to let you feel at home.

I recently stayed at Terakootta Resort in Rishikesh with my friends and family, and it was a delightful experience overall. The property is well-maintained, offering a peaceful atmosphere that is perfect for a family getaway. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, making us feel right at home. The resort is conveniently located, very close to the market and the famous Ram Jhula, making it easy to explore the area. However, getting to the resort by car can be a bit challenging as the roads leading up to it are not in the best condition, which might be tough for those traveling in a four-wheeler. That being said, the resort itself is modern and comfortable, offering a good mix of relaxation and accessibility to key Rishikesh attractions. Overall, I would recommend it for those looking for a tranquil stay with easy access to the heart of Rishikesh !

Hotel freshly painted a room next door the day we arrived which left an extremely toxic unbreathable suffocating lingering smell causing us headaches, no sleep, extreme discomfort and fatigue. Hotel staff including managers outright refused to move us to another room away from the smell only telling us to keep open the room windows and doors with no acknowledgement of the severity of the inconvenience caused. Very poor customer service by hotel. Will not be returning to this hotel

The accomondation is super clean and well maintained. Very professional I would say. The staff is very helpful and provides all info we need. What impressed me is how considerate they are: the staff gave us breakfast to-go before we went for trekking, and they called us to remind us of breakfast. Their in-house food is great! The location is also great (nearby tourist places). The way to the hotel is a bit tricky for non-local but if u go there by a local taxi, there should be no issue. Things to improve: - The wifi is not good enough. We needed it for work but it turned out too weak so we used our 4G/5G. - Sound-insulation can be improved. We could sometimes hear whatever happened in the lobby (in front of our door) - Electricity black-out: happened time to time. I was freaked out at first but I think this is issue for everyone in Rishikesh. But i hope this can be improved in near future :)

Very nice cute hotel. Beautiful Clean rooms, clean bathrooms and in general very well maintained property. The location is also great, just a 2 min walk to all the near by good cafés. Even the in-house restaurant serves great food and especially their house made breads and pastries. However the biggest disappointment was the lack of staff. It’s just not acceptable when a fire is told that there is nobody available to clean the rooms as there is no staff present at the premises. It’s a big turn off. Please consider this as a constructive criticism as everything else in on point but you definitely need to increase some staff.

Positive - * The staff is courteous and helpful. * The rooms are spacious enough for two people. * The food in their Monsoon restaurant is finger licking good. We tried lot of options and all the dishes were delectable. Must try is their Gadwali thali. * The breakfast buffet has lots of options to choose from. Need to improve * We stayed for 3 days and all the days we faced issue with geyser. The staff gave a temporary fix for a day. The remaining days the temp fix did not work. We were really looking forward for a hot shower after completing the adventure sports and long trail to relax and refresh as the temp are dropping in Rishikesh. This was a big let down for us * Not a big deal, we had ordered a food item from the menu and were charged a little higher than the price mentioned on the menu. Upon enquiry we were told that the menu has the old rate and rates have changed. We did not argue and paid what we were charged. However, all the other food items were charged as per the rate listed in the menu. Please update the price on the menu or if there is any error, it's best to rectify it. We all are human at the end of the day. Overall experience: We enjoyed our stay more because of the food.
