Overall, the locations are good, but the room conditions are not satisfactory. It feels like a PG. toilet is not functioning properly, and there's nO stand to keep necessary items in the bathroom. I believe the owner should address the resort's conditions. However, the location of the resort is very nice, and the staff are also pleasant. I am very disappointed to see the room conditions and there’s no room service also

1) The rooms were very very small. 2) There was empty water jug in the rooms and room service was not provided. 3) Everything in the room was dirty, pillow cover and water jug ​​and towel also. 4) And there was a foul smell in the rooms and even after multiple reminders they did not bother to resolve the issue. 5) The staff was unapologetic about everything. 6) Hotel is located at a steep slope. If you are not comfortable driving on such roads please reconsider.

Worst hotel I have ever found. Very disgusting. Even after talking to the hotel staff on phone, they told us that early checking is free. But they took money from us in the name of early check in. And they made us runs up and down 3 times for a room. The room given to us was very smelly 🤢. And to top it all, the power kept going off and on more than 5 times in 1 hour.

This was the worst hotel of my life where I stay….I won’t recommend to book this hotel to anyone…No proper cleaning in room, dirty bed sheet and pillow covers … there was no Tv and a single chair in room… one there was a double bed and room size 8x8

Just the worst experience. Staff misleads you and will put you in more trouble rather than helping you resolve the issue caused by their lacking and inefficient service capacity. They should ideally keep this hotel shut or remove it from online booking lists when it doesn't have the capacity to serve its customers. Poor maintenance, poor service, poor conduct of the hotel staff. Most importantly, they are likely to withhold information and mislead you to stay despite clear overbooking issues. Please don't try to book this place anytime soon. Not until they take cognizance of these concerns and take prompt action to resolve them.

Very worst experience. They judge a book by it's cover. I and my family members visited them, we were not dressed like the foreigners, so they gave us a room where the cupboard was broken, no telephone to contact the receptionist, the handles of a cupboard was broken. I was quite disgusted.
