FabExpress Elite Stay I - Hotel in Prantik Pally Rd, Kolkata

The rooms are small and no WiFi facilities. Foods need to catered. Probably quality might have drastically dropped.

Rooms are okay-okayish. AC works but sprinkles water all over. Linen is not clean or hygienic. Washroom moderate. Staff good.

They will try for scam you.they changed our room after check in.old bed sheets were given.bathrooms were not clean.no proper food available.you should avoid these area.

My first experience staying in one of the Fab hotels near saltlake, Kolkata property was pathetic. Pathetic in sense with room condition, customer executive support, hotel staff support. Room condition was very bad, few photos attached. First of all, I was given a room on 2nd floor where hotel Wifi was not working at all. As I had to do offical work, so I had to change the room on ground floor but the rooms were so bad. Bathroom hot water greaser was not working, toilet flush not working.No running water through out. As I had booked the rooms along with breakfast but I was not given breakfast on the first two days.( Excuse was the hotel staff were not awake at 8:30 am in the morning) and even after telling them on 12th Jan no breakfast was provided. During my 4days of stay they provided breakfast only once. When I called up customer support for change in hotel/room they didnot help me. When on 11th /01/24 I requested customer care executive for my early check out on 12th Jan instead of 13th Jan they bluntly said no saying there company does not have early check out policy. I even requested early check out with cancellation charges which I was ready to pay but they didnot agree. With zero customer care support, sub par hotels/ room. I would never recommend any one on Fab hotels.

My truly review. 7.00pm After reach the hotel they demand extra money. Ac not work. Very poor behavior. Damp room.

Very very bad room condition. Bathroom ceiling is broken with spider net. Bathroom door is not latched, taps are worsen with broken window. Bed mattress is worst condition. Bed mattress compressed in the modest. In room only two light, one tube light and one night bulb. AC is not functioning properly. Hotel authority didn't care to give room key . It seemed to me as if I was staying in charitable inn.

This is hotel is the worst one ..staff are terrible... front desk guys behaviour was very bad room not match as per photo also room was total dirty and disgusting I will go with my family but it is not a familiar Hotel so just please don't go with family it is not good for family my experience is there is very worsted

Location is good. Service is excellent. May improve food quality. Price is also very reasonable. More focus on cleaning please.
